It seems like Lorenz Specht, the Guy who usually in trapped underneath the Map in Berlin is in it’s desired place when starting at the Bus Stop, the Radio Tower or at the Projection Bar. I always assumed he was a weird Easteregg, so it actually seems to be a Bug.
