Me going for the 100% grind:

“Ah, one less thing to do, thank you IOI.”

This is something I just found out. I was playing Colorado. I was at the slurry pit and I distracted one guard while I pushed the other one in the slurry pit. When the other guard returned, he reacted to his partner disappearing

Sean Rose gets on the phone and has a call when he sees a dead body. He has a lot of lines. I can’t remember word for word what he said. But he said something along the lines of we can’t let any pigs knowing about this. Let me know if any police get too close.

Lots of NPCs have this for some reason, but I rarely notice it. Last time I noticed it was in my Accent Replacement mod when a Janitor had Maelstrom’s voice and saw a dead body. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence that we’ve only noticed for Target voices, but I swear over on the modding discord someone posted a sound file of a generic civillian having these lines

Yeah that’s not exclusive to targets, it’s relatively “rare” to hear though I think

In case for someone who doesn’t know, sometimes when a npc sees a dead body, they’ll go on the phone and have a conservation or make comments about seeing a dead body

I was playing Colorado and I killed a lot of the guards so when the targets saw a body instead of running away and alerting guards, they had a phone call. It doesn’t work every time for me though. Sometimes they don’t say anything when they’re standing near a body

But Sean Rose said a lot of dialogue I never heard before. He was asking how did the situation escalate to this. He was talking about the cause and that a dead body could blow the operation. So interesting. Many players will most likely never hear this

I did this in Hokkaido and Yuki Yamazaki had some lines. I can’t remember what she said but something like, “Looks like someone needs a lawyer. Lots of those around here.”

At least one generic NPC in Paris will call his wife when he sees a dead body. I remember that from way back when Paris first came out. I wonder if that dialogue is used in every level bc it didn’t mention anything specific to the fashion show or geographic location.

I think I witnessed Gregory Carlisle do this after Emma got smashed with a chandelier right in front of him. Hearing him talk about her the same way as any random dead person was rather funny.

The briefing of The Undying and The Undying Returns has more deferences than the target’s appearance.

Wasn’t it just alternate takes of some of Diana’s lines, or have you spotted something else?

I was mainly referring to Diana’s lines, but yes, although nothing significant.

There are very slight differences, like timing differences in the sniper footage. But something I found huge was the color, which the original one appears to have a more blueish color. And sometimes Diana’s lines have different timing, so I think they re-edited it a little.

It’s quite nitpicky, but I like finding these tiny details.

Also, I found Diana saying, “I feel I’m repeating myself a little bit here…” a bit funny.

You can preemptively knock out and take a photo of Hans Lucht before you even take Kazem’s outfit and meet with Ingram. You’ll still have to meet with Miss To after the meeting. Of course, you won’t be able to escort him around, but if you’re disguised as event staff, you can poison him at the bar, as long as you stay away from that one enforcer.

Or just shoot him with a tranq gun at the start of the mission.

Paris (greeting Margolis at the auction and the blogger), Bangkok (checking into the hotel), Mumbai (buying cloth), Whittleton Creek (conversing with the political aide, politician and postman), Isle of Sgail (Stronghold sales pitch), New York (making a deposit and talking with Ruby Red), HAVEN (speaking to Vetrova), Dubai (speaking to Lucht; granted, you need to talk to Ingram as the Vulture first), Berlin (giving Helfried his energy pills), Chongqing (talking to the woman at the starting point), Mendoza (chatting with Vidal) and Romania (confronting the Constant) allow you to speak to other NPCs while wearing a suit. That is 12/20, or 3/5 of main maps.

Also, in Sgail, while throwing the torch at the pyre to light it up (if you are too lazy to sabotage the machinery) will also alert any NPCs if they see you, throwing the Big One firework is not considered suspicious.

You can also talk to the woman in Paris who is missing a camera lens and the toilet in hokkaido if you count it as an Npc

In New York you can also talk to Ruby Red in your suit and give her the Cronkite Report for The Expose story mission. One of the few (and only one with social interaction) story mission that can be made in a saso run (and the reason for my first master saso back in 2019).

I also recently found a HAVEN pamphlet in New York in the Teller Ship. It might already be well known, but I so rarely go in this part of the map.

The description in the intel screen is also teasing the following level raison d’etre. I do not remember the announcements of the DLC maps but I think we had the location of the Maldive but not the character of the mission back then.

Yep, people found that after the release of the Bank. It was a tease for the next location.

Make sense, I arrived late to Hitman. But I always love the way developers tease future content, especially when it’s cheeky in retrospect.

So I always like to find unique variations of various disguises. And after my post on the favourite suits thread I went to have a closer look at the golden handshake level.
I found out that there is exactly one investment banker who wears 47 usual colors of a white shirt, red tie and black trousers.

So if you are interested in unique variations or wish to see what overworked 47 would look like, this particular investment banker is in the Conference Room. And it looks like this :

red tie and sleeve up

It’s gorgeous, isn’t it ? (also, WHY isn’t this an unlock ?)
