Would be stupid given the aspect of the pistol has a extended magazine so 2 extra bullets make sense.
Why 7 is still the standard ammo count for that pistol anyway? 7 in the mag plus one in the tube is 8 and 40 years ago the technology got better and the standard mag became 8. 8+1= 9
“one in the tube” You mean one in the chamber? There’s no tubes in handguns.
Yes the chamber. Well more accurately the barrel but same difference as the chamber sits directly in-line with the barrel. “Plus one in the tube” is a euphemism, but one you will hear quite often in a gun shop or a range or anywhere around people who shoot when they are talking about semi automatic pistol capacity.
I’ve heard that expression. I always thought it came from the navy where torpedoes launch from actual tubes…plus, a gun’s barrel is a tube, so it’s not that inaccurate.
I can’t be positive but if I had to guess I’d say “x+1” originated as a marketing term . At some point semi-autos replaced revolvers as the preferred handgun (1980s ish) and then a race for capacity kicked off. We now have very small handguns that offer 13+1 rounds when that was only previously possible with full size guns.
The plus 1 is unique to semiauto pistol spec sheets even though the same process of loading a magazine, chambering a round, and then topping off the magazine can be done in a semiauto riffle, a semiauto shotgun, a pump shotgun, or even a lever action rifle. It’s just no one is concerned about the capacity of those weapons.
Don’t think so… Year 2 - March Roadmap - #132 by Travis_IOI
(Hah, that was even a response to you! But it came after your nerf prediction so my whole post is moot anyway.)
The maximum level is 5000,and this is what it looks like. You can still gain xp but the level will never up.Picture from one of my friend.
Those upper symbol in a shape of an eye in my opinion should be on lower levels.
I think V should go with 3 stars. I even suggested to change the order of those symbols to IOI, but they ignored me
I know reusing assets is very common, but the fact that Himmapan Hotel hand toothpaste appeared in Santa Fortuna’s cave’s bathroom is pretty ridiculous.
Also, this ledge underneath dressing room in Mumbai has very inconsistent no trespassing/trespassing zone…
I would imagine the toothpaste is a commercial product. It’s either made in Himmapan or named after it.
Except the logo would suggest that it is the himmapan hotel
It’s also possible that Andrea Martinez, as the person who makes the international connections for the cartel’s business, may have actually visited the Himmapan Hotel recently and one of the bodyguards who went with her swiped some from the hotel and brought it back with him, leaving it in the cave bathroom after going down there.
Or those drug cartel soldiers know where to go for some relaxation
Definitely more plausible to me than the Himmapan plate in Dubai or the robe in the ICA apartment in Chongqing.
That’s amazing. Really and truly another new thing. They seem to just keep coming with this game. I love it.
I’ve been collecting a few screenshots here and there of my own personal ah-ha! moments. Forgive me if any or all of these are redundant.
Most recently, I learned that you can drop guns while standing on ledges. Here is me after I accidentally dropped mine and had started shimmying around looking for a way down to get it. Y’all probably know this already. I just found it out.
This I’m almost certain has been mentioned, but I’d found out that you can still use a destroyed hearse as a getaway vehicle. (Incidentally, the fact that the exit prompt is on the left side of the car still doesn’t make sense to me.) This may have been patched out by now; I think I remember reading something about that.
I found out that the devs programmed 47’s tongue and teeth…
(Swing the camera around while drowning someone.)
And finally, this seems like the most obvious thing in the world, but if you do this mission story,
and follow the dismissed guard down into this bathroom,
and watch him ineffectively tidy up for the rest of time until he dies of old age and arthritis,
you notice a book lying by the toilet,
which is an obvious reference to Mission Impossible, specifically Ghost Protocol where Ethan Hunt does all sorts of Burj Khalifa aerial stunts and other similar feats of extreme espionage.
So that’s cool. This game is cool.
This glitch is so weird to me.
Theres the coin trick, that gets NPCs to pick up a taser instead of a coin, but now they also pock up tasers instead of wine glasses?!
I’m no developer, but I feel like it should be easy enough for the game to go
Start NPC routine
Pick up [Wine Glass]
NPC picks up wine glass
But… I guess its programmed so that their actual hand grabs the nearest thing in the animation??
I never even noticed any of these items before, I had no idea Bangkok was still being referenced, unlike Paris with all the Sanguine bags.
Another thing here. I never even paid attention to the hotel having a logo. This, combined with what Rimland pointed out above, makes me think that “Himmapan” may be a larger overall company that makes such items and the hotel is either a hotel they made in their name as a place that uses all the assorted products they make, and which Thomas Cross owns the controlling share of the place, or there are more Himmapan hotels and that particular one is just their crown jewel, located in that particular place. Imagine Hilton or Holiday Inn having plates and robes and soaps and things being sold in Bed, Bath, and Beyond, as well as having at least one location fancy enough to host royalty, and you get an idea of what I mean.
