It’s a bug, same as the ninja trespass.
47 has seen the coffin more than all his targets. Talk about immersion.
Diana: “47, when we talked about getting into your targets´ mindset, I meant while they´re still alive.”
I just thought about how brutal it is how 47 prepares himself to start the Sapienza mission in the church morgue. Do they wheel him in on a stretcher packed inside a body bag? Do they lay out his body onto the casket and prepare him for the funeral?? Just for him to stand up and casually walk into town alive and kickin
And in Hokkaido he can start in the morgue, posing as a corpse. Did he just take the cable car up to the hospital and play dead outside in hopes they’d drag him in (and hopefully not lock in him a freezer like Smith )
You guys think too much! He gets there the same way we get him there when we start from the first default starting location
I only just found out the bank robber suit in New York is allowed in the area that the job applicants are. There are a couple enforcers there but not too many.
Skip to 38 seconds for footage.
I discovered rather recently an old gameplay mechanic from Hitman Blood Money that was reintroduced in Hitman 2016 Pro difficulty.
In HBM, when he’s wearing a guard disguise, 47 can openly carry only guns that belong to the current disguise. Beside, showing the Silverballer even when wearing a guard disguise blows his covert.
In Paris (on pro difficulty), if 47’s wearing a police outfit, a silenced gun (like the Krugermeier) is illegal, while the Krugermeier is suspicious when 47’s wearing a CICADA guard disguise (not only for the other guards, but to all civilians). 47 can openly carry Bartoli 75R (the regular pistol gun of Paris guards).
Moreover, between H1 Pro mode and H2 Master mode in Paris, there are small tweaks. When destroying a camera in H1 Pro, a guard will investigate, but not in H2 Master. Moreover, the firework trigger (also supsicious to carry in H1 Pro) must be obtained by subduing the Tech crew guy (the one who comments on it), whereas the trigger is directly available on the table in H2 Master mode (no need to subdue).
This cook is an escalation target for good reason: I didn’t expect bread baskets (actually not sure where/if there are any others in the game) to work like trash bins for vomiting but he had no qualms .
Well we did have a snow level in Blood Money, complete with girls in lingerie freezing because it was cold.
IO Interactive was clearly concerned after the response to Hidden Valley and were really trying to keep the snow low profile and distract the players.
Same with Bjarkhov Bomb.
Outdoor snow levels fill me with dread more than hope now. They made the right choice with Hokkaido and Romania
Apparently they can´t afford their own water and plates at the Burj Al-Ghazali. Either that, or they needed to order stuff from Thailand cause they don´t have enough for the grand opening. Or it´s just lazy reusing of assets… Make your pick.
In the technical area behind the art installation they’re also drinking out of Global Innovation Race water bottles. The water shortage in Dubai ain’t no joke
Damn, that´s some subtle geopolitical commentary by IO right there
Always wondered if there was any geopolitical commentary regarding why Silvio Caruso’s golden lawn globe thing ended up in the Wilsons’ backyard in Whittleton Creek.
Given how long it took to anyone to notice… I would say “efficient” reusing of assets.
The Delgados in A Vintage Year putting the same four or five paintings on all their mansion walls on the other hand… (still efficient since I remember seeing at least one article claiming Blood Money did not reuse assets, in 2014)
Well, in my defence, it´s a pretty small thing to notice, unlike those Class boxes in Chongqing But yeah, I´ll hand it to them, they´re a sneaky bunch, lol.
He´s dead, noone to inherit the estate, lots of stuff probably got sold at an auction… Just good old fashioned exchange of ownership (damn, getting flashbacks of the Jade Figurine in Charlie Sidjan´s apartment now…)
