I’m sure i’ve read this before, but I noticed that Vidal’s glass stays empty during the meeting in Mendoza. Cortazar knew that she wasn’t going to be able to drink it so he never poured any for her. I wonder why they bothered to pour Diana’s glass…

I’ve noticed this for quite a long time now but I still might as well mention it. If you do something crazy (I’m not sure exactly what) like killing all the people surrounding one specific NPC, once that NPC calms down, sometimes they will call a family member or something like that.
I’ve noticed this at random like when I butchered all the guards surrounding the chef in Embrace of the Serpent, and when I killed the two other people in the Chongqing Train Station, leaving only the lady on the bench alive.

I just found out that David Bateson had an interview with this company called SPOnG back in 2012.
The most interesting parts are:
SPOnG: The movie and the game industries cross paths an awful lot these days - obviously the Hitman movie was one such result of that back in 2007. That film was ultimately panned - do you think that there’s a risk of a movie damaging the reputation of the source material?
David Bateson: Ooh, that’s a good question because… yeah. That’s the short answer. The whole Hitman franchise really demands a lot of you, the player. Especially when (the first game was released and) it went the other way to a lot of (standard) shoot 'em ups. A game where you have to shoot as few people as possible. What? I have to use my brain? So that created a new demand or set of parameters for the audience.
And then, in a way, you go and ruin it by making something extremely public, like a film. So on the one hand you think that this gives publicity for the game, but… it’s like a book being turned into a film. It’s never going to satisfy the readers. Whether the film is good or bad. I think I’ll reserve judgement on the (quality of the Hitman) film itself.
SPOnG: You must have had a unique perspective on various matters regarding Hitman Absolution, having recently been re-cast and having not played the game. Such as the Nuns controversy, and the accompanying trailer. Do you have any thoughts on that?
David Bateson: I read all about that because I’m an avid follower of Hitman Forum and other such fansites, as well as the media. And I thought, “well those nuns can come knocking on my door anytime!”. (Laughs) But seriously, no, I don’t have any opinion as to what’s appropriate there. I leave those kind of tasteful decisions to IO and Square Enix.

The fleur-de-lis a traditional heraldic symbol in France so of course it is there. Victoria having one might have been a cheap way of stating that she is 47.

They aren’t exactly the same, but the France one definitely looks more medieval and embellished… As it should.
Regardless, they’re both Fleur-de-lis (or fleur-de-lys). Often used as a symbol in association with France and Catholicism. Here in Canada, you can find it on the Quebec flag and the flag of the Franco-Ontarians.

The New Orleans Saints use it too bc Louisiana has such historical ties to France. I believe it was on the French flag before the tricolour was adopted. It’s a pretty awesome little logo.

I wanted to see if it was possible to have Lucy witness the meeting of Marcus and Cornelia. Seems like not quite but I got close. In the first case I had knocked her out and then had her woken up after Cornelia had already called Marcus. Talking to her after Marcus’ request just broke her completely. In the second case I just left her lying there. Apparently her body has to be hidden or else Marcus will just pretend that she is still with Cornelia.
Another small thing I noticed is that if you get rid of the waiter, Marcus will not say “One sec, just let me get a drink” at all and he won’t have a drink.

I have only done this process once or twice but I became the waiter and he did say “hold on let me get a drink” but then he never actually took the drink. I don’t know if it was a glitch or if I didn’t do my part at the right time. I need to go back and try again.
Did you take the place of the waiter who’s normally there? If you take him out, Marcus shouldn’t even say that line. But after all, he’s hard to get rid of without sieker (KOing him behind the bar might also work tho). I’m sure you can become just another waiter and serve Marcus a drink because I’ve done that. If that’s what you did it was surely a glitch.
