Reply to this, I don’t think it is official IOI work. From what I can see/tell, the guy was just sculpting a model based off of Absolution’s 47 and messing around with it. Sorry. I will compensate for it with this REAL new Blood Money concept!

In Author, if you climb on tower with sniper rifle, you can ring with it the doorbell of brother Arkham’s apartment, which will lure him out and you can get easy sniper kill without body being found. Guess you can use it to break the door which would lure him out too, but I like bell option more.

In normal mission, there are now some NPC’s that wear bunny mask.
Also, cloud that appears above poisioned items from sedative poision is not blue, it’s actually mixture of purple/blue, to reflect both color of poision vials and how sedative poision is marked in selection wheel.

The graphic and sound effects of rain is tied to umbrellas, no matter if the NPC is actually outdoor.

That would be a nice and easy kill if you didn’t have to get the virus sample and it would feel weird to do that after the meeting when he doesn’t have it anymore. 
Anyway I took the method further when I found out that he usually runs to the pier tunnels when in lockdown. Black also has a nice lockdown spot in the confession booth.

Interesting… I remember he has a shrine spot and if that one is compromised he moves to morgue.
I couldn’t get him to the morgue when shooting at him when he was on the balcony, but it happened when I actually went to his apartment and scared him there. And yes, he had another spot on the way so I had to scare him again to actually get him to the morgue.
I was playing a Haven contract, and thought I’d try to get an emetic syringe from the cabinet in the medical (room?). I tossed an iron and even a fire extinguisher at it, but the glass would not break. I had the Kalmer so no shooting. So, I went and got a remote explosive. I placed it on the glass, then detonated it, and guess what? That didn’t break it either! 
I restarted and brought my briefcase, and that actually worked.

I just found out Arthur Edwards is supposed to be 63 years old.
In The Ark Society, we can see that he got a scholarship in 1975. Assuming that he was 18 when he got the scholarship. He would be 63 years old in Hitman 3.
