Actually Luthor lost his hair naturally and it happens across many of his comic versions. So I guess it is more of a Travis Bickle thing? I know Buckle gave himself a short hawk but it still counts since it was an intimidation tactic.
You CAN get your hair back. It just costs an arm and a leg. Deion Sanders and Brian Urlacher are proof.
While i was replaying H2 mainly to catch up with the WOA story and i notice RS-15 from H1 it can be seen around the end in the three-headed serpent beefing

I’ve played Sapienza since 2016 and I just noticed this. I never paid attention to Francesca’s ID card. But I used a sniper rifle scope to see it and she has a completely different face and hairstyle in the picture.

I discovered that you can release the gas from the ether lab in Sapienza by using a wrench on a valve located on the side of the lab. I dunno what’s the consequences of it. I tried but nothing changes.
What can we do by sabotaging this valve?

You can do the same on the Computer Terminal in front of the lab, i think you can trigger Francesca into going in there and then use the Gas to kill her. The Hazmat Guys won’t die from it.
