This was at one point bugged. I don’t know if it still is. Originally the assistant had multiple dialogues with Dhalia and would only skip town with the bf / bodyguard if you use the usb stick. Then it got screwed up, I hope it’s fixed now.

I always assumed it is because there is a human model that is keeping it upright before you take it.

The toilet paper in Mendoza also bleeds if you shoot it. It’s weird.

If you eliminate Abiatti during meeting with Bravuome (real one), he will eventually lit a cigar, and come closer to infamous pen. You can then impale him on it.

IIRC any NPC that comes to close to a pen can be impaled, including the oil tycoon piece in Carl Ingrams suite with the balcony.

No, I believe there is difference between pen and other impalicable items. You can easily impale NPC’s on oil tower/best banker award/sickle and hammer but for pen, there needs to be specific moment. I tried and I couldn’t impale another NPC on pen outside Salvatore and Marco.

I believe most of the pen kills work on all NPCs within range - but there are one or two (including the Landslide one) that require specific NPCs.

I’ve been looking at a lot of C47 pre-release stuff recently and I swear IO threw away like 40% of their NPC models.
You can see so many screenshots with entirely different models - especially civilians. I don’t think this guy is anywhere in the game, he looks pretty cool.
I’ve been thinking about doing a full-blown C47 pre-release content analysis, or at least trying 
they changed a lot of things.

In Hokkaido, if you start in either Tobias Rieper’s room, the restaurant, or the spa, and you choose The White Shadow suit, it will count it as the ninja disguise, and you will be in a hostile area.

I’ve never seen that happen, I caused it just by shooting the pastries.
