The Neon Duck is available from watching 3 minutes of Hitman live streams on TikTok.
TheNecromi, a TikTok streamer just said the neon duck award is currently disabled because ioi somehow messed up and they are waiting them to fix it.
This is not true, but like I posted earlier, TikTok drops are quiet new and not everyone is fully aware how they work so it is easily missed.
So you need to have access and stream from TikTok live studio (the tiktok obs) and you need to be tagged with Hitman WoA for it to fully work.

Made a first time new account and it’s the same for me in the UK. Can’t follow any other account or set notifications for live streams. Deleted everything from the Google store and tried the app from the Samsung store… same. Tried on my browser PC… same. What a mess.
This Tiktok drop is a disaster. I think this might be the first Hitman unlock I’m giving up on.

Seems like anybody could start a stream and enable this reward for others. Am I missing something? (don’t really know Tiktok, just downloaded the app a few moths ago but never used it…)

You need to have at least 1,000 followers to livestream on TikTok. So unless we have secret influencers in our midst, its not anything anyone here can really do.

Alright, didn’t know that.
Let me put it this way: before doing such drops, make sure everyone knows how to find livestreams on TT, because I’ve been struggling with this for several hours now, and a direct search yields no results.
This one is going to be a pain in the ass to get. There is no streams on TikTok at all.

seems simple enough … but who’s streaming it so we can watch it? that’s the biggest issue … i’ve watched a few streamers, and it doesn’t seem as though any of them have enabled the reward
According to one TikTok streamer I was watching today, he said there was no way he (or anyone else) could enable the reward

It appears that, right now at least, the only way to get it is an official IOI live stream.
Not through just anybody streaming hitman content.

I’ve been reading loads of people have difficulties with this, so I’m just hoping IOI eventually move it over to a Twitch Drop to make it easier for us all

i love Hitman for sure … and i think that IOI does an amazing job … this, however, has been a major fail … but i feel like it’s going to be resolved soon … and next week, i won’t even remember there was ever a problem

For anyone who didn’t got a notification for the Livestream on TikTok & is seeing a live stream on YouTube or twitch & don’t have the neon duck yet.
The Livestream that on those platform, is currently the same one on TikTok that can give you that neon duck, for your hitman game profile.
So just want to let the one who don’t have it yet, that you can still get it.
Just so people are aware, because this isn’t really obvious, you have to watch the stream via the app, not on desktop.
Like, I get it, TikTok is a mobile app, but you’d think that functionality would be on desktop also?
Also, and this is more me being “Old man yells at cloud” at Tiktok, but the livestream doesn’t show up under the LIVE tab, you have to specifically search for Hitman, then go to “People”, and only when you click the profile picture for IOI, you see a live stream. GAAAAHHH!
I’m pretty tech-savvy as these things go, and I’m finding this ludicrous and complicated.
