It’s a horrible mess, really. There is a search, but I don’t remember where exactly, iirc on the top right. Once you find the search box you can search for “hitman” and you should find at the top the “Hitman IOI” channel or user or whatever it is. You can “follow” the channel but not sure if and how you will get a notification. However in the channel page there is a “LIVE” button which lists the pasts and may be the active streams. Again, not sure.
Better to use the app. I tried the site but could not follow the ioi channel and my account was also temporarly locked for unknown reason.
The website doesn’t work. You only get the reward in the app. As of now only the official account gives the duck, @hitman_ioi (iirc). I didn’t get a notification when they went live. You have to click on their profile picture for the live stream, it will be somewhat different if they are live (a circle around it?). Good luck!

1, it needs to be a live.
2, it needs to be done through tiktok live studios
3, they need to tag the game “Hitman world of assassination” and not Hitman 3 etc.
A lot of people on TikTok are not using tiktok live studio (I dont, I switched because of this) I have been messaging people to try to make them switch from Hitman 3 etc.
But I suggest keeping an eye out here, I will try going live a few hours during the weekend for you guys! (gonna try my account if it does not work I will be on Hitman one.)

Thanks for your effort! I’m not complaining, it’s not as the gameplay or anything else (other than FOMO) is affected by this. I’ve got my ducky in the end, so I’m happy.

Why doesn’t the Hitman account just start streaming 24/7 a loop of some promo videos (MindsEye, various Hitman DLC, 007 etc) to do some advertising while also giving people the Drop?

I need to check into it, but the rule I was told with TikTok Live is that it must be live; otherwise, we risk being taken down. However, this was me as a creator, not me with a company account.
I will look into setting up a setup like this and getting it approved.

I just got it! Signed up for visibility.
I downloaded the app for ios, registered an account, logged in and watched the live stream above on my phone - didn’t seem to work after about 8 minutes so went onto full screen mode and it just appeared as ioi showcase duck. - copied the redeemable code and pasted it into account settings on my ioi account on the website.

I did it, watched the stream, got the code, entered it in my IOI account… “Token invalid or already redeemed”. I have no luck at all.
Edit: re-entered the code multiple times and it worked on the 4th attempt. Weird but I’ve got it now.
Yay, I pinged him yesterday because he was streaming with the tag Hitman 3, which does not unlock it.

Hopefully there will be more opportunities for those who missed that stream. I watched it for those 3 minutes, then an icon appeared in the top left. With a green checkmark I believe? I forget now. But was able to press that and get the code/redeem it.

I just followed him and put notifications on. Hopefully i can catch him next time. Or maybe it’s not working in Canada?
