It works in Canada I asked a friend who lives there if he could do it for me because I had no clue how it worked

Nevermind. Got the duck. But i couldn’t get extra voucher codes for watching more. I’ll try again to get more codes of anybody wants one.
When your watching him live, there should an icon top left corner of the screen like this:

thrison, Hey, I’m wondering if you might please be able to share a code with me?
For anyone else who’s working on this, I’ve had some issues with it but ultimately ended up getting it. I just kept watching this page for live streams that qualified:
Then when one came up, I would watch it using the Tiktok app on my phone while logged in. Eventually a code appeared that I was able to claim using my IOI account on their website under the “vouchers” section of my profile. I hope this helps others.
