Does anyone know the exact steps necessary to trigger Vetrova getting a massage and snapping her neck? Sometimes I can trigger it, sometimes I can’t, and whenever I can’t, I don’t know what I did wrong. Online is no help so far because I keep seeing conflicting info on what the steps are. Can anyone lay it out in the precise order?

It’s part of her normal route to go to the spa:
- Get rid of the enforcer masseuse lady in the back left room
- Grab a masseur disguise from the male masseur (it doesn’t have gloves though sorry)
- Wait
- After visiting Portman and the restaurant, eventually she will come to the spa (I don’t know if there’s any way to speed it up, I think not)
- She will get changed, have a phone call, then at 10 minutes finally go into the back room and lie down.
Side Note
She will do this even if you are not in the room, but she will only wait about 45 seconds before giving up if she does not get a massage.
- Now you get a prompt to massage her and after a few seconds of that another prompt to snap her neck.
These steps should work every time, the order of the first ones shouldn’t really matter, but you might want to do something else while you wait for her to reach the spa.
As long as the enforcer lady is gone and you are a masseur when she arrives it should be all good.

See, I did this, and she doesn’t go into the massage room. She goes to the hot tub and then leaves. Does she have to make her loop twice?
She should go in there first time round, though I think you do have to not let her hack Portman’s computer and not give her the dongle, and maybe not have initiated the dialogue as Tobias Rieper, or interrupt her initial route at all. I’m not positive on them but that storyline does make her go and have a phone call with Bradley at the hot tub?
I faced the same problem. For me, I just waited until her second cycle and on this one she came into massage. I don’t remember if I’ve knocked out Portman, but probably not.

Nailed it. Thanks guys. Figured out what I was doing wrong, I just wasn’t giving her enough time. Apparently you can neutralize Portman before hand, or you can give her the usb stick, but not both.
