Similarly to you, I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition via ShopTo from as early as December (when I knew I’d have the money saved for the DE) and as such, fully expected the Trinity Pack to be included as IOI has stated themselves that ALL pre-orders of Hitman 3 would come with these suits, guns and briefcases.
Yet I just had my ticket responded to less than an hour ago stating that The Trinity Pack “is” included in the Deluxe Edition, despite all evidence to the contrary. Now obviously we can both tell that’s not the case but I am struggling to get through to them now that the ticket is closed.
If you hear back at all, please update as I will make sure to do the same as we’re still very much in this boat together, it seems.
I asked Coolshop about Trinity Pack code, but they said only few selected stores have the Trinity Pack pre-order bonus code and that they was not one of those stores 
, I have to take their word for it, but I’m a bit disappointed though.

I had this generic response to a ticket yesterday:
No code showed up so I opened another ticket this morning and am waiting for a response to that.

I have the same problem. I ordered the deluxe version on netgames.de and they tell me, that they did not receive any trinity codes for the deluxe version. Since IOI did promise that for all preorders, does anyone know where to ask for this?
Honestly, mate - you got a better response than I did! Funnily enough, also from Rob (same guy or not, you definitely fared better with at least an acknowledgement that you’d receive it) but same, opened a new ticket and waiting to see what’s what as had to point out that its inclusion in the “Deluxe Edition” promotional material still points towards it being a pre-order item and not included in the code in the DE box.
I do think The Trinity Pack should have been included in the DE as standard or as a part of the Deluxe Edition for this very reason but… alas, we’re sinking in this one.
Fingers crossed we both walk away with our suits, etc! And good luck to everyone else with your own retailers, whole thing is a shambles.
Square Enix did send me back to here claiming this is the official Forum for this kind of problems. Does anyone know how to fix this?

As you said previous, IOI promised Trinity Codes on all pre-orders and have seemingly dropped the ball / failed to deliver on many fronts it seems. I wish I had an answer for you but it seems like we might all be at a loss until IOI realise the numbers of pre-orders that have now gone without or they open up a site for us to share/confirm the dates of our pre-orders and have them rectify it with us directly, which would likely be a hell of a lot easier than having to deal with all of our own retailers separately.

Okay, so its now a waiting game until IOI takes care of the problem. Is there any other way to inform them, that this problem exists? Since this seems to be a fan made forum not the kind of official support square enix made it out to be 
DSC - Certainly does! Bodes very well, in fact! Fingers crossed I end up hearing the same, from Rob or anybody else on the team. If you do manage to get your code, any advice you have or anything you stated in your previous ticket message directly would be a great help to myself and likely anybody else still awaiting access to the Trinity Pack.
Cilius - You’re welcome but I’m not entirely sure outside of Twitter messages but IOI seems to be handpicking which to respond to (likely those with more pertinent issues!) and thus it’s hard to imagine how else to reach them.
However, it should be stated that though fan-run, it is still seen as a means of communication between the community and IOI as a whole, though hopefully something will be announced soon.

I’ve also had this issue but I had a prolonged back and forth and my guy is also checking it out.
I had also pre-ordered the deluxe edition of the game from ShopTo and I did not receive the Trinity Pack add-on code in the box. I opened a ticket and this is what was said. It was closed before I had a chance to respond so as you can tell I opened another one.
Yet another positive update!
MacTonite, as long as you double down and point out its exclusion from the Deluxe Edition, you’ll hopefully gain some traction and we’ll all be compensated with our suits in due time.

That’s great news, man! Glad to hear all the back and forth finally paid off. Here’s hoping it’s only a matter of time for the rest of us, regardless of where we pre-ordered/bought the game. Good hunting, agent 
EDIT: Annnnd mine came in a little while ago too! 
Judging all the ShopTo messages regarding their assumption it was already included in the Deluxe Edition (promo-material at the very least suggests this), it’s no wonder that we had to jump through so many hoops!
That being said, hopefully the means to contact IOI directly regarding this issue pops up as there are still a good portion of people lacking what was originally promised to them.

I ordered a physical copy from Target.com. They never sent a code and nothing was in the box. I called and found out that they weren’t even offering the trinity pack there. The best they could do was tell me I should contact Io about the issue. Nothing was said about preordering from specific retailers to ensure I’d get this bonus content. Instead, it was said the pack would be available for every preorder if I remember right.
I really hope they give this dlc away for free in the near future, or maybe someone from Io can help us all out. The trinity pack isn’t a huge deal to me (I’m more of a signature suit with gloves and classic silverballer kinda guy), but I would like to have it since I preordered.
Same, I have just received my code in the digital codes tab. I think it might have been a timing issue rather than a failure on the supplier/developer’s part. It is strange why ShopTo were so adamant we were meant to receive a physical code with the box. Oh well.

The problem for me persist. My Merchant (netgames.de) did not receive any codes for the deluxe version. So i still preordered but did not get the promised trinity pack.
