Why can’t you launch HITMAN 3? What’s happening while you’re trying?
What messages or errors do you get? When it started? Did you try simply to reboot your PC?
Do you have any HITMAN-related errors in Event Viewer?
I see you just have installed Windows (or upgraded it) - have you installed all the drivers or trying to launch game on a raw system? I’m afraid you couldn’t do so. You need to install drivers first.
