I am experiencing a persistent “Unknown Error” when trying to launch Paris or Freelancer mode. I have been in contact with official support (Ticket #60318), but they are ignoring my evidence.
The main proof that it’s a server/account issue:
I have two Steam accounts. On the EXACT SAME PC, the game works perfectly on Account B, but gives an “Unknown Error” on my main Account A.
Hardware: Mini PC with AMD Ryzen 7 6800H (Radeon 680M).
Support tells me my hardware is not supported, but that makes no sense because it clearly runs the game fine on my second account. This is 100% an entitlement or profile sync issue on IOI’s end.
Please, could a developer or a senior support member look into my account data? I just want to play the content I paid for.
