Call me crazy but isn’t Mumbai in the late afternoon not the break of dawn? Also Bom-Day sucks and it is the single worst lighting change in the series. (Yes that includes all the ones made to Sapienza) It sucks the sort of sweaty, hot Indian summer feel of the level right out of Mumbai.

Local Time is 7 in the Evening. It can be seen in the Briefing.
That isn’t dawn, dawn is shortly before the morning. You are thinking of dusk and even then I would still say it is “late afternoon”.

Personally, I didn’t like it much at first, but when I got used to it, I thought it is a nice touch.
Still, it would be cool to have the base version as an unlockable, too.

Of course, I completely agree, and in my opinion the hatless version is the superior suit. But like you mentioned, the hat doesn’t ruin the suit or anything, it’s just a “nice touch”. Honestly, I don’t know what other slight alteration to the original suit IOI could have used, since it’s pretty much flawless already and it has gloves by default.

Mostly, yes. I am actually very happy that it’s open and elaborated levels new people at io decided to emphasize on. Every other aspect of the game can be replaced or eddited out if you have sufficient modding skills.
