I had my first one less then a year ago. Found the it in our American food section. It was alright, but not as disappointing as a Pop tart.

Did you heat the pop tart or eat it straight out of the wrapper? They are kind of disappointing either way but… Really, they’re more of a food that you really like as a kid and then can’t fathom why you liked it if you have the misfortune to have one as an adult, like (unfortunately) spaghettiOs…

blame Hershey’s. the reason its existence even came about was due to the fact the creator, milton s. hershey, found a cheaper way to mass produce chocolate. it was always about cutting corners from the beginning. as a result of Hershey’s chocolates’ popularity, other chocolate companies likely tried to mimic its low quality taste in America, and…this is the reason for American chocolate being the way it is. i think. either way, i agree.

Both ways, it tasted cheap and full of palm oils. It was for many years a little obsession of mine, until I got hold of one. Turned out that it was a lesser version of my favourite cake, you can buy at every danish bakery.

Hindbærsnitte, which is taste like the classic Pop tart with jam. Just not cheap and full palm oil.
In the end saying that specific cake is my favourite is a bit of an understatement. My favourite cake is whatever cake that has jam in it. Glass of jam also counts in this case.

The squid game tv show is not innovative and does not make sense that it became a viral and “popular” show. This series is a knock off mixture of the Korean show called “running man” and “the running man” movie with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
I would rate this show with a similar score as the movie “Capone” with Tom Hardy. 1/10, would not watch again, ever.
I remember a few years ago when Cadburys got bought out by an American company, Kraft Foods, alot of “outrage” in the papers and news about it, people worried that they would change the chocolates to be more American style. Thankfully that hasn’t happened.

The first 3 movies were great but once the kids started hitting puberty and everything started to look dark and edgy, it lost it’s magic. Ironic…
