I was hoping you’d stay around for a bit longer; it was very nice how you took @TheContractor’s 12 Days of Hitmas/Contracts idea in H2 and got it officially featured in the game and I was hoping to reach out to you with a proposal in that vein for whenever live content officially has an end date 
Congratulations on finding greater opportunities though, but you will be missed

If there is no income coming in, and the community has dwindled over the years since Hitman III’s release, and in mid development of the next title, a private company wants to maximally invest in its budget for game development only.
Being a community manager is a boom and bust position, unless your the community manager of a live service game.
I am glad to hear that Clemens is leaving on good terms with IOI. He appears to be a good egg.

Video game companies are subject to constant abuse from their dedicated fanbase, who are overly committed to every F%$47’-ing aspect of their game, and it is the job of Clemens to be the face of the company and taking all the abuse on behalf of the company. Just read long hate diatribes over some patch update thing of little consequence.
(…although I must admit I am absolutely supportive of “Death to IOI” for lack of patch updates for too long in dealing with the issue of targets not puking in private spots where I count dunk and drown targets without a guard watching…).
It ain’t easy being in Clemens position.
