I made a lemon cake, just for fun and all for myself hihi
Just finished another batch of habaneros I will sell. My fingers of the left hand burn like hell but will pass by tomorrow and getting paid sure makes me feel better already!
Made a more “classical” bacon cheeseburger, with homemade Goop Sauce a sauce popular in the Pacific Northwest.
The whole thing looks wonderful, but how did you get those fries so crispy? Do you have a fryer?
I have the same question!
I put them in the oven also an important note we got some “high quality” fries in the frozen section, many of them taste like the real deal, just without all the fat. They would be perfect for an air fryer.
I have never had any luck with grocery store fries. Although I haven’t tried it many years. Maybe it’s time to give it another whirl.
I love apples and Cookie Notti
Apple and peanut butter is a delectable treat. If you have the time it’s also nice to put crackers and sliced cheese on platter too.
Hey, I can either eat junk or I can eat my “toxic combos” while dropping a few pounds. Apples and Peanut are delicious and I’ll casually snack on grape tomatoes like it’s candy.
Don’t food shame me
Just joking I never speak or mean like that.
Tis be a joke friend
That looks really delicious!
Hmm, I never actually ventured into this thread on the old forum. Not sure if it was a bad or good thing, cause seeing all these wonderful dishes makes me incredibly hungry
Anyways, I see there’s a lot of Japanese food shuffling about, so here’s my first cold udon this year which I had yesterday. Not my own doing, but that didn’t diminish my joy, muhaha.
I am currently experimenting with a ketogenic diet (combined with intermittent fasting) in an attempt to drop the “Corona Kilo’s” that I gained in December’s lockdown.
I’m basically following the following rules
- extremely limit the ammount of carbs (max 20gr per day)
- only eay between 12:00 - 18:00, no snacks
It’s not difficult, but super boring!
One of the things I tried to do to mix it up was to make my own zero carb cauliflower crust pizza. It looks pretty good (great for instagram) but tastes like cardboard not recommended.
I prefer counting calories and having one meal with zero carbohydrate a day when leaning down. It’s a numbers game, which makes it pretty easy when you get the hang of it. Also sorry to hear about the cardboard pizza, It looks good though.
On that note, I thought it was a big fried chicken fillet with pizza toppings to begin with.
