What are you eating or cooking?

I rather have a real pizza, then some kind of Frankenstein version. I simply like bread to much to ever eat a pizza without a crust. Also don’t get me started on Pizza with stuffed crust, that’s a crime.

Cauliflower is such a flexible food. My wife loves adding it to nachos when we make them at home

Huh, you rarely see keto and IF. Usually it’s paleo and IF.

I did IF for a while but honestly I had a hard time pretty much never being able to eat with friends. Plus, my regular diet (IIFYM) works exceedingly well anyway so I ended up scrapping it so I could like, go to brunch whenever I was asked. Though IF works differently for women and men, anyway.

Hope it works out, though, and/or you find a better pizza crust idea. I mean, you could try making the bread just actual cheese.

Yeah I can totally imagine this, but… At the moment I hardly hang out with people for dinner because of Covid lockdown/evening curfue regulations. So conditions are perfect for a rigid fasting regime in an ironic kind of way.

This is 50% cauliflower, 50% mozzarella - still tastes like paper.

You can always use sausage as a crust. Malnati’s started offering this many years ago. It’s not terrible. No need to put any protein as a topping though; add some veggies.

Yeah! It’s the perfect time for IF right now. I mean, and plenty of people are okay with just not doing the whole brunch / dinner (depending on your time,) thing as well.

Haha I was thinking of like when you bake cheese to make a hard …chip… sort of thing. It’s delicious but probably not super stable.

I have always been baffled by what Americans call sausage, that said it looks like a Meatza they are a pretty good.

Usually it’s just crumbled on a pizza but for this “crust” they mash it together to form the base of the pizza. It is the same sausage they use as a topping just in a less appealing form.

If you say it’s not real sausage then I can’t argue with you on that one. I prefer Italian or polish sausage eaten on a bun like you would eat a hot dog :hotdog:. The pizza topping does taste good though.

In my head sausage doesn’t crumble, strictly speaking you are eating sausage filling without skin. It’s not a thing at all In Denmark and it took me ages to understand that the sausage topping on American pizzas, wasn’t just ground beef.

Yea it’s not that. Some places offer that as topping though. It can be good with onions and some cheddar cheese sprinkled on top to the mozzarella. Sort of a hamburger pizza.

Tried something new yesterday evening. Pasta with spinach, bacon and an egg on top. Was delicous and so easy to make!

Sort of like a carbonara. It looks really good!

Had the day off. Was kind of bored so decided to make a cake. The funny thing: I don’t even like sweet stuff. I won’t have a piece of this cake. But I enjoy baking and my wife likes cake. So it’s a nice surprise when she gets home from work.

Did an earthquake happen while the cake was in the oven? :stuck_out_tongue:

Saw Spaghetti and I was turned away. I hate Spaghetti as a dish, but love pasta in general.
