There was no salsa 
. Chips, beef, queso (spicy Mexican cheese dip), onions, guacamole, jalapeños. It absolutely could have used some sort of diced tomato / pico de gallo and some sour cream, but the queso and peños provided enough heat without a salsa.
We were just throwing it together with leftovers around the house.

Since I was catching some flak for my homemade nachos a couple days ago I figured I’d go get a proper platter. Chorizo and Beef. They were so good! We only ate 1/3 but they reheated just fine the next day in the toaster oven.

Lunch was by me today…
On the center, There is small pieces of chicken that were air-boiled with a bit of olive oil, then fried with half a spoon of Thai sauce.
On the side, I fried potatoes and soy with some black pepper and turmeric as spices, and then grated some mozzarella on top of it.
The sauces are garlic sauce, normal ketchup and Thai.
