We stopped by the little cup cake shop on our block. Clockwise from top left: blueberry cheesecake, crème brûlée, salted butterscotch, & red velvet.
First day back at work and, of course, my plane is half an hour late. They had Shamrock

My first attempt at Patato rolls, a classic burger bun style.
Can’t wait to use them later this week. That said next time I’ll make them a bit flatter.
Realistic images are always the most appealing since the person hasn’t gone out of their way to present; the food does the talking.

Pork roast sandwich with, Mayo, gravy, pickled cucumbers and pickled red cabbage.

Buns look awesome. Nice job.

Yeah I know that pickles are common here, but I have never seen just one in a can ![]()
Personally I prefer my pickles in a Jar and ideally not in bags or cans, but hey now I know pickles in a can exist.
Me neither, my girlfriend was just as excited as my father in law.
Quartered up into spears and kosher is how I like mine!
I prefer mine sliced thinly and placed on a burger.
