Tonkatsu with rice and cabbage.

Easily one of my favourite Japanese dishes.

Looks tasty. Is the cabbage plain or do you season or dress it?

Nice sticks btw

The cabbage is plain, that said I do add tonkatsu sauce to the pork cutlet. There is some spillover to the rice, I mix the rice with the cabbage.

I put in one small spoonful of my momofuku chilli sauce, and its darkened the pot by so much.

I hope this doesn’t kill me :fire: :fire: :fire: :fearful:

The Italians can suck a pineapple pizza.

The majority of people who says “they don’t like pineapple pizza” lies and probably haven’t even tasted it. People have been indoctrinated into hating the idea. But in reality savory and sweet compliments each other perfectly, especially with a little bit of acidity. Just like the tomato sauce on the pizza. It’s just more popular to hate pineapple pizza.

Just like we been taught that the Bounty chocolate bar is awful! That said, the Swedes put banana on pizza. That is a heinous crime.
