one of my favorite songs 
I only did karaoke twice, but both times I picked this one:
It starts off easily enough, building my confidence.
By the end of the song I’m the place’s laughing stock, but that’s part of the fun I guess.

When You’re Good to Mama is always fun if I think people watch musicals.
Otherwise I go with Disney, usually a villain song.
Though TBH I don’t Karaoke much, I am usually afraid hahaha.

Years ago I was in New Orleans without a penny to my name and wanted something to drink. Happened across a bar on Bourbon Street that was giving away a free shot of Jagermeister to anyone who sang a karaoke song. I sang The Devil Went Down to Georgia five times in a row, got five free shots, and went on my way. The audience seemed to enjoy it the first couple times at least.

I always imagined doing karaoke, but when the time comes for the lyrics everyone is expecting, I launch into a Weird Al version. Ebay is a particular favorite.
