In my (rather biased) opinion, if you want a weapon that’s going to be a hit, do a sniper rifle that is usable in both the campaign and the freelancer safehouse. If you want to really push engagement, give it a few explosive rounds like the sniper assassin rifles have.
I’d wager almost everyone will be champing at the bit for some boom-boom kills.

An answering machine for the safe house so that 47 can occasionally get a voicemail from his buddy Carlton, or Diana, or Mei Ling. It would take some voice acting but HOW FUN WOULD THAT BE ?!

I doubt 47 needs voicemail from Diana, considering she’s in his ear at all times. Messages from some of his surviving allies would be nice, though. Vittorio, Victoria, maybe even Birdie.

This is not about purple items.
It seems that soccer shoes will be implemented in Sapienza, and it would be interesting to implement new items that are inspired by each stage (each country).
Here are just a few examples that came to mind.

・Sapienza / Pasta fork (fighting weapon, lethal)
・Marrakesh / Lamp (fighting weapon, with ignition function, breakable)

A Matryoshka that is a non-lethal melee item and uses carry/throw animations of an heavy item like a kettlebell.
On impact it breaks and generates a smaller one, also a non-lethal melee but this time uses the carry/throw animations of a small melee item like a brick.
On impact it breaks and generates an even smaller one, this time it is just behaves like a muffin that cannot knock anyone out.
On impact it breaks and generates an even even smaller one, which behaves like an apricot, unable to lock on heads.
On impact the smallest leaves nothing behind.
Could be themed like, the big one is Diana, the middle one Grey and the small one Olivia, then Smith being the tiny one.

This is an old picture, but a pink sparkly suit would be cool. For context: I drew this because when you preordered H3, you got a red suit as one of the unlocks to represent H2. However, red was not the color palette in H2 – pink (or magenta) was.
Notice the pink sparkles in the background of this promotional picture, as well ^

A twitch purple racing onesie with the Twitch logo on it. The Pale Rider outfit from Miami could be the basis for the reskin, but preferably without the helmet imo. Maybe make the whole thing look softer and have a cozy hood instead of the helmet.
In general I think the Twitch drops should be items that can be used in Freelancer since that’s the game mode with the most replay value. Unfortunately this limits it to just suits at the moment, but a reworked cosmetic system with the ability to select which briefcase skin to use or choose between recolor options for the guns on the wall in Freelancer would be amazing.
