“The perfect controller doesn’t exi…”
It’s been a few weeks, but… do orders count? Because I preordered Retro-Bit’s Dual analog SEGA Saturn game pad… The white one (or Japanese styled model). It should ship sometime in December.
Edit: “Perfect”… Well, I once emailed Retro-Bit, asking if they could make a D-Pad that pivots in the center. Take some controller d-pads and you can press up/down or left/right at the same time since there’s nothing for the UDLR directions to pivot on. The original Saturn pad… even the Genesis D-Pads had this. I don’t know where or when this feature was lost. Maybe it was a patented design and couldn’t be copied.
