Thanks dude.
Actually with the Displates it’s much easier than traditional framed prints, because you can move them around on the magnets and so you actually get some very fine control with positioning.

Wow, I love that setup! What TV do you have? Also, I love Displates but they’re fairly expensive. I only have 4 myself.
Truly in that HITMAN zone!
75” Sony Bravia 9 Mini LED. I understand that OLEDs have a better picture quality but as I’m using the TV as a PC monitor I don’t want any risk of burn-in with my taskbar or window header bars etc. However from my POV, it’s replacing a 50” TV from 2016, so it’s like a jump into the future for me - experiencing the WoA in HDR for the first time is pretty awesome!
Oh I completely understand those concerns. Looks amazing anyways and it definitely is a step up from console as I myself just bought the Steam edition a few days ago. My VRAM gets in the way sometimes but it definitely is a nicer experience!
Went to Edinburgh Comic Con today. It was fun, stayed about 3 hours. Lots of cosplay. Saw Agent 47. I saw another guy in a suit with red tie, who I thought was 47, but he had sunglasses and a walking stick? Oh, I think he was meant to be Matt Murdock.
Got some merch. Blame @Codename-24 for the Hatsune Miku stuff, that came in a themed mystery bag.
Ooh wow, that’s a big haul!
…Is that Miku stuff for you, or are you gonna send it to Codename?
Is that a 100-sided die???! ![]()

I took a look at the Edinburgh Convention website. A few cool video game and TV actors were there apparently.
I can name Billie Piper from the Nu Dr Who.
A lot of the main cast from Baldurs Gate 3 apparently, including Best Performance winner Neil Newbon.
Nadji Jeter, who plays Miles Morales in the Insomniac playstation games.
Even Brandon Routh (I know him best from Scott Pilgrim)

Why is it called that! What kind of unflattering marketing is that? ![]()
No idea, but an instagram guy I like said it’s good. I’m always looking for a better one bc the one that works best for my hair is also terrible for it lol.
I have switched to a salt water spray and a hair blower as my routine. It’s dirt cheap, it’s not greasy and I don’t have to wash my hair every day. I can wash it every 3 third day. It adds a nice and natural texture, something my hair is completely without.
It works wonders for my fine Scandinavian hair. After reapplying on day two, it’s perfect.
Monochromatic packaging, absence of proper capitalisation, desultory name, ironic posturing and minimalist font. I believe this “irony” they are being “ironic” in that very Gen X slacker sort of way. This is because fatboy is owned by the former frontman for Steriogram.
Who are basically to New Zealand what The Vines are to my tribe. They were a punk band that were less pop punk than the big punk bands at the time and had one big single overseas because it was more rock than punk which got it commercial airplay.
Jokes on the sheep shaggers at least our band had a second hit.
This Lucanis statue from Dark Horse Direct. It’s technically a pre-order, and I’ve never bought a figure like this before, but I recently found a pretty good job and decided to treat myself. I really hope it looks good in person. ![]()
What is Black? I don’t remember that one
Also not going to ask any questions about the one on the left ![]()
Black is an FPS game with some pretty great graphics for the PS2, released by Criterion and published by EA
As for Leisure Suite Larry, it’s actually the 7th game in the series, which was a 2D / point and click, adult parody of sorts, adventure game released by Sierra back in the day. Magna Cum Laude is the first 3D one, not to mention the first one to not have the OG creator of the series part of development so the writing is really hit or miss. It’s not that bad, unlike the next game that almost killed the series and I’m impressed it didn’t kill Team 17 ![]()
It’s pretty much American Pie: The Video Game ![]()
The older Larry-Games were fun. Classic Point&Click. But Magna Cum Laude wasn’t that great. Basically just minigames.
How did they get away with a game like that in the PS2 era
that’s crazy!
I mean they got away with more offensive stuff such as the GTA series, Manhunt and any other game out there that involved killing, cough Hitman cough. Weird how adult stuff, even when it’s more or less a parody can be more offensive than a game that involve murder. ![]()
Oh Manhunt nooo!
And yeah, GTA has been pretty bad
you’re right though that murder is fine, but sex isn’t. You can blow up a whole building downtown, but can’t depict one prostitute
