Three Las Vegas Gran Prix tickets!
Likely cost me 10 years of my life as I kept getting kicked off the ticket sales site and getting the endless loading screens but it finally worked after 25 min of massive frustration and the seats I wanted already being taken etc.
PS the seats I have are on StubHub already for 4x face value. FUCK YOU TICKET SCALPERS. this is why I must deal with frustration lol
I hate scalpers, but I hate more the people who buy from scalpers. They are the root cause of the problem.
Yes, but what are you gonna do? Your kid wants to see Whoever and you can’t just take the day off work to be ready online to pounce at the tickets when they first go on sale. Also your kid didn’t even tell you they wanted to go see Whoever until 2 months after tickets went on sale. So you look and it’s sold out and so you go to StubHub and BANG DONT DO IT!!! $800 seats are going for $1600 and $100 seats are going for $550
Like this is legit the only time I have ever gotten any tickets at face value except for lollapalooza bc I do actually take that day off work to make sure I get my 4 day pass.
(I don’t have a child but I know you get my meaning.)
Been buying lots of trinkets in Japan.
Biggest purchase so far has been for Nintendo games, at great deals price-conversion wise.
DK Bananza, 7,999 Yen. About 70$ CAD, when in Canada, it’s 100$…
Found a used games store, and even got
Kirby Air Riders for 5200¥, less than 50$ CAD. When normally it’s 100$ as well.
Plus got Pokemon Shield for 3400¥. So like, less than 30$, and it’s hard to find copies of it out there at that price anyhow… 
Only issue is I think I’ll need to get its DLC from the japanese eshop, but that’s only if I want it.

Just got myself a switch 2. When they announced the price increase it took target a few hours to realize and I was able to get it for 450. Now to just wait 2 years for Pokémon winds and waves (the only reason I bought one)

I got my Predator action figure a few weeks ago, I love it. He’s the classic jungle hunter from the original film. I enhanced these photos with AI which is why the table in the first shot is so clean.
I see GameCubes, n64, Wii, fallout 4, and an Xbox 360 all in this picture.
That’s my classic console setup, only recently assembled. The PS2 gets the most mileage. Fallout 4 is a Luke Dale stream.
