Rock Raiders was awesome. There’s a ton of Lego games before Lego Star Wars established the formula these console games use, I remember good old Lego Island.
Pepper Roni is my homeboy
I didn’t plan on buying another headset, especially not since I bought one less then a year ago (that still works flawlessly). But neither did I count on EPOS Audio gaming division, formerly known as EPOS Sennheiser and before that just Sennheiser. To shut down their gaming headset division, to only focus on their enterprise division.
I been using their headsets since the Sennheiser G4ME Zero was (horrible name and now just GAME Zero) released in 2014 and deviated a few years into a wireless headset by Steelseries: Only to return to their GSP 600 line. Sounded good, but was awful to wear and then switch it out to something more familiar with the open back GAME One Headset.
I don’t want to stand in a situation in a few years and be unable to get another great headset with the DNA of Sennheiser. So I decided to buy another one as a backup, as soon as I heard they where soon history.
This time it’s the Massdrop + EPOS collaboration DROP + EPOS PC38X headset
Same design language as the GAME Zero/One but with the updated drivers from later series headset. So I know that the comfort is flawless and a easy to wear for hours on end and that the sound signature is great.
and a site note, the GAME Zero / One series where collaborators with IO during the Absolution days, with heavy promotion between the headset series and Absolution / IO.
The 1975 tickets in Baltimore in November ![]()
From a Cows ice cream store down in Halifax.
A Dunder Mooflin parody shirt.
Drake’s OVO brand but with a cow
And Cow pattern pajamas! (They’re very soft 100% polyester)
Finally I prepared a design and ordered it.
At first I was a little doubtful as they are a startup but the quality and print was top notch.
So my phone is actually of 47 ![]()
That’s nice, reminds me of the time were i spent money to get a Hitman Insignia Wallpaper for my Nokia 3310.
Must’ve been around the release of H2SA, 2002 or so. Great times. Gaming was so much fun.
Whoo this one’s bigger than expected.
A Scott Pilgrim vs the World miniature figure set – 24 figures in all, decent size, it basically came in a cereal box!
This thing was on clearance from a board/card-game making company recently. The shipping was a little killer, but IMO this was still a great deal. ![]()
Stocked some ammunitions for future ![]()
These playstations gift card are converted from several loyalty points received at work and from promotional offers. There was no option for digital cards, but these cards reminds me of year between 2005 - 2010.
3 cards summing around 25 $.
No I have not! I’ll be on the lookout though.
Bought the failed Marvel’s Avengers game since… why the F not, they’ve (allegedly) actually tuned it for non-online play, and bundled together access to all the predatory cosmetics from their store – and it cones with the Black Panther DLC, all for 6-ish bucks!
And it’s the last day it’s on sale at dirt cheap so I assume any disc versions are immediately jumping up in price soon.
And, well, JEEZ, I’m not installing this while I only have 200GB Free, and the looming threat of a 90GB Spider-Man game, and possibly(?) 50GB Alan Wake game is approaching!
145 Gigs?!
(The PS4 version is somehow extremely less, but I assume it hides lots of updates. Plus everyone says the PS5 version improves performance and visuals substantially to where it should be.
A Horween leather case from Nomad for my 14 pro. It’s a case I been wanting for some time, now with the iPhone 15 out. It might soon go out of production, so I decided to act and get myself a good looking leather case. So it goes with all my other brown leather accessories.
I have a nomad brown leather wallet case for my iPhone. Had it at least 2 years. They make high quality stuff; you should be happy with it.
Okay, well, a bit of a worrying purchase, but I might be okay.
Got an M.2 Drive for my PS5 since those 667GB can run out fast! (for dedicated PS5 games)
It’s 1 TB, fits the specs, apart from what I misread that it’s under the recommended 5,500MB read speed! (mine is 4,150MB)
Turns out, that’s just a recommendation and not entirely needed! I haven’t installed it yet – I’m actually needing a heatsink on it that I’ve also missed and just purchased to use with it – but everything should still be okay even if I’m under that threshold!
the bottom line is that across a number of portals, the SN750 SE, SN850 or the internal drive could a touch faster or a touch slower. We’re literally talking about single dropped frames here, for the most part, and the experience of playing the game on all three drives proved interchangeable in the areas we tested.
The drives they tested here are about 1k slower than the one I even have, so my performance should still be okay!
We had to buy a new fridge and dishwasher, and this weekend I may have to buy a new garage door. Oh, and I had to buy my youngest a new roof coating. It’s been an expensive month!
