From my personal experience cs 1.6 was always flooded with very angry (sounding) Russians with headsets. But thats like 15-18 years ago, so maybe that has changed

There was an exploit / bug in CS1.6 that whenever youād want to connect to a sever, Western European or American, it would always redirect to servers in Eastern Europe. I think Valve fixed it a few years ago.

Nice, a few years ago we had an independent Games Store in my town and I was on very good terms with the Guy running it. He never gave a shit about the release dates and immediately messaged me when my games arrived.
I remember getting Hitman Absolution like 3 or 4 Days before launch, that was amazing.

I bought a brushless 1:16 RC car for the dog and kid to chase. And myself of course. Went with a cheap one for now as I know they are an expensive hobby.
I still have my nitro Traxxas but gas is a pain in the balls compared to new electric motors.

I think you underestimate how much of a big deal Sora is, if purely from a legal standpoint. Not only did Nintendo have to work with Square Enix, who apparently can be a real headache to deal with by themselves, but they also had to deal with Disney to get this approved. God knows how many backdoor conversations these companies have had to get this done. It does mean all Disney content has been stripped, as well as any references to Final Fantasy ironically, and apparently even the soundtrack is a logistically nightmare, probably why all the OST in the DLC is from KH1. I wonder if they had to fight just to keep the Mickey keychain on Soraās Keyblade.
Iāll admit, Iām actually very happy with this, I just got into Kingdom Hearts recently, and while the story is, well, all over the place, Sora is such a likable protagonist. Itās a franchise and character that just fits so well in the realm of Smash Bros in my opinion. And as Mr Sakurai says, 6 years ago, they did a poll and Sora won, and that demand has never really let up.
I am biased cause I got what I wanted, but I think this is pretty momentus none the less.

Disney are very picky about how their characters are shown off. I donāt know about KH3 since I havenāt reached it yet, but in KH1 and KH2, apparently Disney demanded that characters from different Disney universes (i.e. different movies) couldnāt interact with each other, the only exceptions basically being Donald, Goofy, and later Mickey himself. Itās why in those games, for example Aladdin doesnāt leave his world to come along for the adventure and he gets to meet characters in Neverland for example.
It wouldnāt surprise me if Disney ran through the list of all Smash fighters and decided that those like Bayonetta can never be onscreen at the same time as Donald and Goofy because it could damage their ābrandā.

sora is a gigantic deal legally and from a games history standpoint, but i donāt have a connection to kingdom hearts like i have a connection to doom. also personally, i wouldāve loved it the granddad of all shooters was the actual final character but i get why hes just a mii costume.

far cry 2 is a genuinely great game. iād never played anything that actively hated the player as much as that game until pathologic. itās brilliant, albeit somewhat frustrating. every other entry has felt a bit, i dunno, lame (?) by comparison.
