Since 7DS was on sale, 40% off, I figured I’d go ahead and get it. I was thinking it’d get down to 50% around February, but that’s probably more unlikely after being 40% off. I plan on playing them in order. I played the 1st Greed escalation, then stopped (I needed to sleep). I’ll have the next 2 nights off, so maybe I’ll burn through a bunch more.

We still haven’t had any real snow here. I’m hoping for some even if it’s just for Christmas and then it melts away. It’s unlikely though. The weather forecast says it’ll be 46° on the 25th, which is the warmest I can ever remember.

It was supposed to snow on Christmas day where I am actually, which is kinda neat, but the forecast says that doesn’t look to be the case anymore sadly. Usually its just cold or it rains here for Christmas which now seems to be the case again this year.

Various things tonight, which is cool.
I’ve unfortunately avoided continuing this chicken-group-drawing for 2 weeks, since It’s felt pretty daunting this whole time. But, tonight, I’ve at least added references for the other characters I want to put in. Baby steps. That should get me drawing what I want soon enough.
There’s also the 7DS Wrath picture that’s been bouncing around in my head for a month now, it’s ambitious, but I’m adamant I want to make it. Will probably be my new year’s resolution, to get to work on it before Jan. 20th. Anyway, I’ve got current things to deal with. Baby steps. I’ll get to it eventually.
What’s good about tonight is I’ve finally made my winter 2021 profile pic. Phew. Baby steps. That’s good at least.
Also, tomorrow, I’d say around 2 or 3pm my time 2021-12-22T19:00:00Z I’m planning to start “Chicken Police: Paint it RED!”, a noir, buddy-cop mystery game featuring a pair of chickens as detectives. I’ll probably stream it for a bit, whether to anyone or no-one, since this is just some weird game I once stumbled on, and I doubt anyone has ever heard of it, let alone me. 
Gonna be interesting, I’m sure.

I’m starting my New Years resolution a little early or a little late depending on who is asking wink wink nudge nudge
My first goal is improving my overall well-being by improving my sleep schedule where I’m waking up at more appropriate times so I have more time to be productive during the day.
Secondly I’m gonna start pursuing content creating as a hobby. This isn’t something I’m just jumping into since I wanted to put some thought into what I wanted to and it boiled down to just talking about subjects that interest me and people in my friend group.
I’m approaching this by fleshing out two scripts.
Roguelikes
A video talking about the Roguelike Sub Genre in video games and how they influence the industry as a whole. Which would lead into more specific topics down the road.
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow
This is the one I’ve realized the most and already laid out better. This would be the first part of a multipart where I discuss Castlevania as a whole. I intend this to be my second video created where I’ll be talking about my first experience with the game and go about what makes the game good and also bad.
But that’s currently what’s going on in my life right now. Im looking forward to what’s to come.

Just got the booster vaccine. I ordered time in the local vaccine center and got a time on the 29th. I knew my local doctor also gives out vaccines, tried calling them and got a time same day.

This will be the first year ever I have to work Christmas. I’m 35 and have so far managed to avoid it. That includes 5 years of military service so I feel like I’m ahead of the curve, but it’s still not ideal.
My crew found a bar close to our hotel that is open Xmas eve till 6:30pm and we land at 1, so we will be able to grab a meal and and some drinks and celebrate (=

Well, I can’t wait to get past Christmas and New Year. Work has just been more and more annoying. Constantly understaffed and now my car has a new problem where it sometimes fails to turn over randomly. Means I can’t really use it to deliver pizza since on a busy night I’ll probably start the engine a good 40 times. One time it fails and I’m stranded basically. So I can only use the car sparingly right now. My dad is convinced it’s the ignition switch, but we won’t look at it until Monday, and honestly, alot of the time my dad has a “hunch”, he’s wrong but fully convinced he’s right. The whole thing is just frustrating, I just needed my car to survive a couple more months.
Thankfully, I can still keep working by just working inside the shop doing chores. But it shows how badly understaffed we are, and we’re actually being forced to cancel multiple orders now that I’m not there driving since there is just too few drivers now. The place just feels miserable. The only solace is knowing once the holidays are over, the middle of January is dead as everyone is broke from Christmas, and hopefully by that point we should have a couple of drivers back, I’ll be driving again hopefully. I’ve booked the 10th-23rd of January off as holiday, which is just 2 and a half weeks away and I cannot wait. Want to chill so badly.
I’ve sworn to quit this job sometime next year. Never doing another Winter here again, this will be my 4th Christmas and that is 4 too many. Spending Christmas Day with my Dad at least, should be alright.
