I’ve caught up on all unread posts/topics. Now I guess I’ll need to make more posts in other topics I haven’t posted in before. I hope I don’t also have to create topics. I’ve already made a few but that’s been well over 100 days. I feel like a bloated powder keg ready to mushroom cloud into Regular status.
(Okay… holy crap I have editing superpowers.)
You’re all good now @Ozzygrl! You missed the first “[spoiler]” in your comment, and the last bracket was missing so the image broke, but I fixed it!
So at work we got a work vehicle (Renault Kangoo) that we do all sorts of things on it when we need to (I’m the person that drives it most of the time, I mostly need it), and 2 weeks ago the car broke down for a reason we couldn’t figure at that moment.
So now we are at the 3rd week without the car amd today I found the reason it broke down, someone aka my dumb boss broke the fucking gearbox.
Oh, and this is not the funniest part, the car we are driving has a fucking automatic gearbox, not a manual! How can you break a fucking automatic grarbox?
And if you are wondering how could we work without our lovely car, we called in so many favors, but so many fucking favors that god know how am I gonna repay them all, fuck my boss.
Drive it around without trans fluid? Put the wrong kind of fluid in it? I’ve had to replace a few automatic trannies during my time as a mechanic’s assistant. They do break.
Ok, I was probably not explaining it correclty, car parts are hard to translate using google, he broke the handle that switches between Drive - Parking - Neutral - Reverse, it got stuck on Neutral.
How did he broke it? He probably didn’t held down the brake while shifting the handle, such a dumbass.
That is possible. Some of those are just cable connections and they can absolutely snap.
Hope you stay safe man.
It still takes talent, and as I said he probably didn’t held down the brake and he was violent with the handle, this is why it most likely broke down.
Does anyone else suffer with sinusitis? (I think it’s that anyway, never diagnosed), it seems every 2-3 months i have a period of just headaches everyday and they’re so painful, i’ve had them for about 12 years, it can really ruin a day if you’re out. Seems it’s that time again
Thank you so much for helping me. Chicken
Thank you so much. Appreciate you Chicken
There have been years in the past that whenever we’d have a drastic weather change (whenever we’d get lots of rain), typically in the Spring, I’d get terrible headaches from sinus pressure. But it’d only last a day or 2.
Way back when I was either a teenager or in my early 20s, (long story short) I had to look under a car seat… When I got back up I feel this warm liquid run out of my nose. Apparently, it was sinus fluid. I’ve never had that happen again. Then again, I’ve never intentionally gotten upside down whenever I’ve felt any sinus pressure.
My drawing pen has a tendency to randomly “disconnect” when I’m using it.
I used quotations since the computer still thinks its connected, the buttons on it do stuff, but the tip doesn’t register on the screen.
So, rebooting my tablet fixes it.
But dumb windows and their dumb updates made my late night doodle last night get cut short and I had to get to bed before it finished, so I’ll have to finish it after work this afternoon. meh
It might be the pen nib itself. Sometimes if a tablet pen is pressed down too hard it can become unsecured over time and things don’t register correctly. Taking it out and placing it back in could possibly solve this. Then again, if it’s Windows related they love to update and screw everything up for fun, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it is on their end. Hope you get to finish it soon, it sucks when it feels like it’s out of your control
Congratulations to @Heisenberg, who finally became the no 1 poster of the forum (at least since its relaunch).
Ummmm… say what?
