Turned the game on today and got the tourist outfit from the Dubai cutscene. I never noticed or maybe just forgot the water canteen on 47s hip. I really dislike that part but the scarf thing with the shirt is super cool looking.

I woke up so sick this morning. The weather is changing and that always puts me down for a couple of days. Itās 5am and I am feeling miserable. I canāt get in to see the Doctor until they open at 8:30.

I have an ear infection. No strep and no Covid though. Fever of 103Ā°. The antibiotics will be ready in a few hours. In the mean time Iām treating it the old world way. The worlds best chicken noodle soup and a coffee with scotch from my fav Jewish diner anywhere on earth. I have a hour before work. Maybe Iāll have 4 of those scotch coffees (-;

They have a full bar. Among other things they make a killer Bloody Mary and instead of just salting the rim they have a mixture of salt, pepper and oregano. I almost got that but I knew hot whisky would make my throat feel better.
Coffee with a shot of whiskey in it isnāt typically on any menu, but itās not an unusual request at diners or casinos at 4am.

I was at a Jewish diner in Richmond VA a couple months ago and, similarly, they had their own Bloody Mary upgrade. The rim was āeverything bagelā flavored. It was delish.

I remember the beggars in front of the cathedral at the time. I gave a coin to a lady, it was thought that I had been suckered. We visited a prehistoric museum. It was a short day to really explore the city. Looking back, I tell myself that we should have taken a walk near the Rhine. Instead, we wandered into the alleys, which allowed us to discover some charming squares and picturesque houses. Ich sollte nach Deutschland zurĆ¼ckkehren, um mehr zu sehen (mit Google Translate
