Okay, considering no one here really read the article, no, there is no Skibidi Movie “in the works”, this article is just about a friend of Michael Bay who has only talked to Bay about the potential of a ‘franchise’
Adam Goodman, an executive producer in Hollywood, and Michael Bay, both own some sort of studio that has funded a merchandizing licensing deal for the Skibidi Toilet to get merch this coming fall.
And while Bay does have film ties, he’s only had a conversation with this Producer friend about what kind of legs this IP could have, if ever there is justification or need to make a movie if all this physical merchandizing goes well.
While he would not specify any particular studios or entities with which he is in discussions, Goodman said they are entertaining the thought of a hybrid animated/live action version of Skibidi he likened stylistically to the “John Wick” and “District 9” movies.
It’s not happening. Not yet at least.

In terms of clickbait articles, the worst offender I’ve seen so far is Inside the Magic. The ways they deceived me before I caught on was almost personal.

Funny story here.
Earlier this week, my personnal computer froze unexpectedly when I tried to save a document. And it made me run an fsck command at reboot.
So, even though it was already planned because this is the last week-end of the month, I did a backup of my essential files/bookmarks/customed configs saturday.
Complete hard drive failure 12 hours later, today. BIOS diagnostics return failures or fail to even initiate due to lack of recognition. Reinstalling the OS via usb doesn’t even see the drive…
Ordered a new one, but damned that was a close call.
I would have lost a whole month.

Ponyo is not one my favourites (I’ve only seen it once and I have reservations about Liam Neeson in the dub) but man is it adorable.
Howls Moving Castle isn’t something I’ve seen in a while. I’ll have to rewatch that when I next get Netflix.

Since a week ago, I’ve been working as a PC repair summer intern at a small company. The administrator of my section happens to be really old. Today, while demonstrating some electronics to me, he actually said “good old days when the transistor was invented” 
he probably didn’t mean the first one but a newer generation of widespread use, but that doesn’t reduce the irony
