Nah it is just what we call it, it was supposed to be a second lounge but since I spend the most time there anyway it just got named after what I do the most in there.

Thanksgiving came and went.
First Thanksgiving where I had no animal products. To say I was anxious would be an understatement cause I was extremely anxious since I was breaking a tradition in an effort for a more disciplined life style that will ultimately benefit me and the world we live in.
Today was rough, but it was cause people werenât respecting my decision of turning Vegan.
My brother wife said to me âwhy would you come to thanksgiving if youâre vegetarian?â Which prompted a death stare from me where I felt my face get red. I stepped outside to compose myself because the feeling I got from this interaction was that I didnât feel welcomed.
On top of that at my second dinner, where I made Dairy Free Mac and Cheese. A relative of mine who knew about this dietary change was slicing the turkey beside me as I was boiling water prompting bits and pieces to fly in the water. They said âthat little bit wonât hurt meâ which I chimed back âthatâs not the pointâ and had to dispose of the water and restart the boiling process.
The transition to Veganism has been easy when it comes to food, but when it comes to family while the majority are indifferent or happy that I can make this choice for myself. The ones who are abrasive really have been rubbing me the wrong way.
My partner has second hand guilt because of this since they feel responsible for me making this decision, but the reality is Iâve always considered this change and their support allowed me to cross into this successfully.
Iâm still able to eat good foods, just a lot of it is now plant base. Asian and Indian Cuisine has been very popular for us also. But Iâm still able to eat Pizza so long as itâs dairy free and topping are plants/plant based which is still delicious.
December is approaching, by extension Christmas is coming and so is my 25th birthday. Thereâs a lot of hopes and dreams. But these closing months of 2025 really have been special. The future is exciting especially when Iâm sharing it with someone.

Hey Iâm sorry to hear you didnât have a good Thanksgiving, thanks to some pretty ignorant comments! To suggest you shouldnât even come if youâre âvegetarianâ is particularly dumb.
Such resistance is unfortunately really common, and often people like that try to pressure people in returning to an omnivorous diet, even though it doesnât concern them. Some people take it as an insult. But good for you for standing your ground in the face of peer pressure and putting your beliefs ahead of conforming to what they want.

In December, an event dedicated to the video game as a true form of artistic expression will be held in Bari. Itâs called âVideogames and High Cultureâ. Iâve been handling the press office for a few years. In recent years, since the event was in partnership with Rai (the Italian public broadcaster), I was only supporting the official press office. This year, Rai is stepping aside, and Iâm going back to managing it entirely myself (which is already great news).
But beyond that, the organizer has launched a new initiative within the event: a catalogue of games that are particularly significant in terms of cultural impact (to be selected from a list of 20 games released this year, and another list of 20 historical games from the late â70s to the mid-â80s). And guess who he put on the jury?

Wow! Congrats! And Bari is such a nice place. The mother of my childhood friend was from there and I got the chance to visit the town on holiday. Also went to Selva di Fasano, also very beautiful. Would love to go back there some time.

âVideogames and High Cultureâ is a great event, this year at the 8th edition. Every year, scholars and experts from all over Europe come to discuss the connections between the videogame medium and other fields of knowledge. I hope to have the attention, this year, of all national televisions and newspapers. Not only regional ones.

Tired. Busiest time of year at work, November and December. Things are more hectic because we have road works on our doorstep that is slowly down all the traffic in the town. And the managers are all getting very tetchy because an inspection is due, which could happen tomorrow, next week, maybe next monthâŚ
Iâve booked my holidays in for next year, and will take a week off starting January 12th. Just need to get through the next 6 weeks.

They will never revive Ghost Mode. Co-op is going to be there new multiplayer mode. Ghost Mode is gone.

I donât believe it will be any better than Freelancer and could conquer Ghost Mode
I never said it would be better or worse. I only said it was IOIâs chosen path forward. The company that owns the game considers Ghost Mode dead and buried so continually asking when theyâre going to bring it back just feels futile.
