I’ll take the bait.
If you’re referring to an IRL jacket you can don upon your mortal coil your best bet might be seeking out someone that can make it custom. Like a seamstress or a sporting goods retailer that can do special requests.
If you’re referring to an in-game item… You’re probably better off doing what Tyler Covin did and switch it up with a military-style jacket.
