I keep seeing this argument about the agents, and although it’s not as much as a regular target, they’re still individual people. So I disagree to an extent.
The intel page gives you information about each agent as you discover them. I’m not sure if this only works from the bus stop start but it gives info mostly about their personalities and skill as an agent.

Green talks to a short-tempered bouncer sitting on a chair about the view, and how the bass may be bad for the bunnies.
Davenport tries to ask a bouncer if he’s seen 47 using vague information, but the bouncer “doesn’t work with cops”
Rhodes talks to the biker by the cameras, asking if he’s seen anyone, but “nobody’shitting him over the head right now”
Monty talks to a few people, including Banner
Chamberlin has a conversation with a bouncer in the security room, who wonders what 47 has done to get into this manhunt situation.
Thames has a go at some smokers who aren’t doing their jobs, and he also is forced to blend in after a crew member assumes he’s new.
Iirc Swan has a conversation with Davenport , but I don’t remember what they say.
Tremaine has a conversation with the roaming biker.
Lowenthal has a phone call with the company responsible for getting his food to the remote area, and I’m quite sure he also complains to the bikers in the lounge spot.
