Why is this challenge package missing from my H3?

Challenge Packs are absent in HITMAN 3 as a class.
With the new game the developers decided to go for another course.
As we can see, now they are pushing onto Escalations

Just to complete the answer:

Few challenges were removed, but most challenges from the challenge packs are now part of regular challenges (Assassiniation, Feats, Discoveries) in H3. They are not completely removed from the game.
The items associated to challenge packs are now available through mission mastery.
E.g., the Briefcase MKII from the challenge pack you show in your comment is now available by reaching the mastery level 13 in Isle of Sgail mission.

There are also new “Escalation Challenge Tracks #1 and #2” that offer rewards for the more Escalations you complete.

You can find them while browsing Escalations in the Destinations tab

The ones they removed from Isle of Sgail were justified. Cuz they were TERRIBLE! Especially the one where you had to dump 47 bodies over the cliffs. Whoever thought that would be fun should be dumped over a cliff.
