Having issues getting the Canary in a Server Farm challenge. I’ve tried lethal only, sedative then lethal, and emetic then lethal. I’ve tried it with everyone in the room and also alone with only the three targets being killed. Any ideas?

You ever figure this out? I’ve been having the same issue. Followed the video and it didn’t change anything.

The issue started when they deployed the “Herbalist” update on 26th August.
I have the same issue, I opened a ticket in the WOA official support, but for now I didn’t receive any sensed answer.
It’s a bug for sure, too many reports in the latest weeks.

As of October 5 2026 it is also bugged for me on the PS4; and several reddit users (at least 11 people) also it seems.
