What happened to the February Roadmap anyways?
There was none. No one knows why, though I suspect with the promotion of Year 2 at the end of January the roadmap was either forgotten or dropped.
I don’t think IOI or video game companies in general forget things like that. There just wasn’t enough content for February to release a roadmap.
Think so, too. Most of what was announced and released for January pretty much bled into or carried over to February, so it covered that whole period.
This patch on Xbox is confirmed on Twitter:

Ah, so just a minor trivial issue. Not really important, just access to the game
That is really so cool
when going to be the April Roadmap?
Thursday?
i say so man cause people are waiting for it
thursday is when they usually drop so makes sense
when is the next roadmap coming out jeez we’ve waited for agesssssss
We don’t know if there will be one, but if so, Thursday is the last opportunity that makes any sense.
One reason to keep them secret is so players won’t know which ET to practice on in the arcade. On that note probably prudent to disable arcade version of an active ET.
I am hoping they deliver Freelancer this month. We need some payoff for all that hype since november 2021.
My two cents (worth less than 1, probably):
They don’t have to do a roadmap at all, so if they do, good for us. It’ll be released when it’s released. Freelancer could come out anytime between now and sometime in June (or end of May, I guess, since apparently Denmark doesn’t care about when Spring actually ends… LOL! - Joke).
I would guess that we’ll probably see on Elusive Target Arcade contract this month, they’ll probably rerelease the Berlin Egg Hunt (and make it permanent), and we’ll see a featured contract or two. No new unlocks, no new escalations, and probably no news on Freelancer until it’s actually released.
I really miss the Easter Egg hunt. Needs to be brought back permanently, maybe even in actual mission format instead of escalation. Add a bunny mask version of the Rave Suit too.
True. But if they (or any company) want people to stay engaged with their product, they do. It’s to their benefit to let people know that content is coming. When you leave people in the dark they move on to other shit and stop caring. Right?
Eh, I guess it depends on how much content they have planned. If there isn’t much content coming, it’s probably better NOT to release a roadmap. They’ll make some sort of announcement when Freelancer is ready and there may be Elusive Target Arcade or normal Elusive Target contracts released but beyond that, there’s not much content to put on a roadmap.
There’ll be a roadmap before the end of the week, trust me
Easter egg hunt all be guaranteed a return combined with a couple of batches of featured contracts and an ET is my guess for this month.
IOI pumping all resources into a smooth release for Freelance mode and rightly so.
Just remember, H2 Year 2 roadmaps were like…
But ioi still put them out.
