Yes or No...? 2

No. I’d rather my floor stay clean.

That’s also a Japanese custom.

That’s probably something I should start doing. I will wear my shoes in my house, going to my room, and that’s usually where I take them off.

I mainly have 1 pair of shoes that I wear. No running shoes… But I do have some slip-on slippers that I’ll usually put on if I’m going outside to get the mail. And there are a pair of steel-toed shoes that I wear whenever I mow my lawn. But who has time for that? lol

I still have a pair of minimalist sandals I was working on, sewing. I suppose I should get on that.

I wear socks or slippers at home. I love that comfortable feeling of taking my shoes off once I’m home

Shoes indoor? no I would never dream off it. The only social acceptable situation to wear shoes inside, is if you are invited to a party and all suited up. Wearing a suit and running around in socks is a crime.

Nobody in Switzerland wears shoes at home (or very few people). Taking off the shoes is the first thing everybody does when coming home or even when visiting people. The host always insists that every guest could leave the shoes on but it’s kind of rude if you do it.

If we have more than one other couple over then people tend to leave their shoes on and so we will too. I guess this is that party mentality (casual or fancy dress), but if I just have one friend over or we have one couple over after a night out usually the shoes come off, and if it’s just us we always take them off. I have a specific pair of “house slippers” that go on when I have to step out onto the balcony.

Unless it’s summer I wear comfy slippers for inside, especially since kitchen floor is tiled. Other than that I never wear outdoor shoes indoors, never have and never will :). On a free day I don’t wear socks either, although most of the time I do need socks as I’ll be out and about, and smart shoes without socks… :confounded:

I’ve had these since October

And an older version of these with less roof curvature.

Then why even tell the person to keep them on in the first place?

Glad nobody is picking Yes, Fully, because that’s the lie option.

You’re leaving the host’s floor/carpet dirty. Although they may insist that it doesn’t matter to them (to save you the trouble of taking your shoes off), it’s polite and respectful not to do so.

What if somebody actually reads these Terms and stuff?
Of course I can hardly imagine a person like this, but everything can happen in this weird world

I meant to click sometimes, partially.
this is usually the first few paragraphs before just shutting the damn tab.
I suppose yes, partially isn’t too different.

Felix Leiter clearly, there is a huge difference. James Bond actually likes Felix, 47 thinks Smith is a nuisance.
