I can’t really recall what might be his best (and by “best” I’m assuming we mean FUN) contract, but this one… It’s got to be up there as one of the most rage-inducing contracts I’ve ever played.
What are your favorite games that have an open world? Not to confuse this question with the best open world games but instead, what open worlds do you like the most. I’m just listing game series for the most part because there’s too many to list individually, but you can always point the ones out yourself. Top four.
For me it definitely needs to have cars! Naturally you need transportation to travel in an open world game, right? So I enjoy those having automobiles.
Cars usually play a significant role of setting up the location and time period of the world too. Or that a specific type of vehicles can reflect its local car culture, like lowriders in GTA: San Andreas.

Apart from the terrible CM level, I would combine Chongqing and the rave from Berlin, so its a Chinese underground rave. And then replace what was Berlin with either a Swiss ski resort or a cruiseliner.
