Just been considering something a little less melodramatic and maybe sounds a bit more down to earth. But at the same time, I can’t really think of anything else so maybe I’ll stick with my ‘brand’ after all.
Definitely keep it. Otherwise, what’s The Band gonna pull into when feeling ‘bout half-past-dead, in The Weight?
Well, “Naz” is just one letter away from a naughty word.
My damn auto correct “corrected” Naz to Nazi when i wrote a PM to them
I am given to wonder, when people hear the word “Nazareth”, how many think of the metal band vs. how many think of "Jesus of ". I know what I personally think and it isn’t the religious context.
I’ll be honest, I always thought of “Jesus of” (as well as The Weight), but then again, for his day, Jesus was kind of a metal head.
Well rather it be the birth place of Jesus, a Metal band or a rapper, I guess the name is stuck with me now, and its all good.
Opinion on Emulation
- It’s okay to download a emulator, but you have to acquire roms legally.
- I download my roms off a website illegally and then emulate them.
- I prefer original hardware and don’t emulate.

I tend to think emulation is OK if there is no way to purchase the game directly from the company in anyway.
Exactly this. I wouldn’t go through all the hassle to crack my SNES Mini if i just could pay Nintendo a Fee to play those games on the switch.
Emulation is cool, especially for stuff that isn’t released everywhere or was but in such limited quantity that there’s no way to get it now for a reasonable price.
But I have a bit of a grace period with it, I’m not supportive of emulating brand new easily available Switch games, but in like 5 years I won’t care. Just like how I don’t if you’re out there emulating 3DS or something now.
The IDW run of Sonic is about to hit issue #50 next month. Bigger issue than usual, and also to celebrate, it is getting 8 covers altogether. Probably too many covers really, but at the same time, it does feel a bit of a flex to show off how many great artists this comic series has access too.
So, which cover for issue #50 is the best? Covers in order of the list.
- Cover A - Yui Karasuno of Sonic Team
- Cover B - Evan Stanley
- Cover C - Adam Bryce Thomas
- Cover D - Jonathan Gray
- Cover E - Nibroc.Rock
- Cover F - Thomas Rothlisberger
- Cover RI-A - Nathalie Fourdraine
- Cover RI-B - Tyson Hesse aka The guy who redesigned Movie Sonic to look good.

What Sonic design do you like the most? I personally don’t play the games, but I like to listen to some of their music and i think classic Sonic had the best design.
One thing in common Hitman and Sonic fans is that they love to debate every facet of the current design of the main character. I’m not that bothered about Sonic’s design, game Sonic hasn’t changed much since Unleashed and it’s more or less alright. Classic Sonic is pretty cute though. Personally I’m more into the franchise for alot of the side characters than Sonic himself, and I feel like alot of the recent introductions in the IDW comics line have been winners to me, like recent baddies Surge and Kit who you see in a couple of the covers I posted. Not to mention Whisper who I have as my avatar.
- The Gamemaster
- The Chemist
- The Host
- The Malevolent
- The White Spider
- Dark Psykonaut

Of the fourteen Freelancer campaigns that we know of (two remain unaccounted for in all promotional images), these six are the ones that I think sound the most like trouble. Ignoring the randomization aspect of the mode for a moment, if these were missions based on a truly evil individual leading a truly dangerous organization, which do you think sounds the worst off of the name alone?
Me, it was tough choosing between The White Spider and Dark Psykonaut, as the “Dark” part of that title conjures up thoughts of legit evil, especially if this title goes to one of the “Occult” campaigns, but in the end, I had to go with The White Spider. Setting aside my admitted arachnophobia, a spider gives an image of a fearsome and predatory creature, and the idea of a white spider implies that it’s different, since I don’t think there’s any pure white spiders in nature, and that makes it seem to stand out as a potentially lethal specimen. Having such a name applied to a criminal group comes across as more intimidating than the others to me, and would be an excellent name especially if it were applied to the “Assassins” campaign.
Funny because those are the least scary to me. It is like a 90s comic where you have characters like Over(t)kill, Whiplash, Riptide, Psylocke, Revanche, Grifter, Deathstroke (Yes I know he is older than that), Deathknock, Lockdown, Azrael, Thunderstrike, Edge, Anime, Bloodlines, Tontine, Bloodfuck, Deadlift, Ripcage, Bloodstrike, Stryfe, and Settlers of Catan. Like those names aren’t scary they are stupid and they aren’t cool, they aren’t making the bad character badass.
Honestly, none of those sound particularly frightening, but if I had to pick one, I guess I’d go with The Malevolent.
I went with host bc it’s pretty innocuous compared to the others. To me this means it’s the most menacing.
