Wishlist milestone 3 has been reached
I donāt really understand this, and I havenāt had an opportunity to ask: what exactly are these wishlist unlocks?
When the game comes out everyone will get these automatically besides the wallpapers because they are on
s website and dev interview which will probably be on both YouTube channels
Ah. So, if enough people sign up for the game prior to release, these bits of extra content will be included, but they wonāt be if the numbers arenāt met? Or theyāll be offered later for a price?
I donāt think Iāve ever actually heard a game not reach one of these goals always just assumed it was a thing to impress shareholders or something but they should just be included with the base game for everyone no matter when you get it
Sounds kind of ridiculous to me. You have content for a game, release it. Why put it behind these walls and wait for someone to scale it? Never liked this approach to games.
Because IOI love them some of that AAAAAAAAAAA monetisation model, that makes your average player hate their business, if not their games.
I assume they would have released it either way. If one of these milestones was not unlocked before release, we would not know what was behind them. So if they still release the content, they can easily pretend it is something else.
On the other hand, Hitman is sitting on unreleased suits and items for years. Maybe designing and implementing otherwise unneeded items is a nice onboarding activity at IO? ![]()
Didnāt see anyone talk about it but I saw yesterday that the game was nominated for
āMost Wanted Gameā at the Golden Joystick Awards
I wonder if the Tier 4 secret reward is āa real offline mode from the startā.
What an accomplishment ! This should be the norm. Also if you donāt do it, at least provide an easy way for the community to do it. With all the online tools, it should be easy to have a decent translation.

Itās possible that the theme song will be sung by Lana Del Rey: A piece called āFirst Lightā was registered at the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, with the writer listed as Elizabeth Grant, her birth name.
That would be brilliant. Sheās a very talented singer and would be a perfect fit for a Bond song!
Should have been sung by Eve, what a missed opportunityā¦
Apparently her song 24 was actually intended for āSpectreā (the 24th movie in the franchise) but rejected by the producers.
Spectre notoriously had various songs rejected. Iām still adamant that Radio Heads song was the ideal fit.
IOI award-campaigning email I just got:
