Here in Italy the price is like ever 90€ For Deluxe and I preordered on ps store because some time ago they discounted it fot 80€ and other than this the price in every platform was the same.

Prices don’t just “bug out”, someone has to change it.
Also, it’s back down to the normal prices in the UK.

Funny thing, I’m in the UAE on vacation, so I’m gonna be playing the Dubai level in Dubai 
Hoping they change the prices though, not that it affects me, as I bought it already, but it’s still unfair.

Their currency conversion is really screwey. IOI likely just translated the prices without accounting for the income of India.

Is the regional pricing on Epic decided by the Publisher? I know that big publishers on steam set regional pricing themselves, but indie devs let steam handle that. What is the equivalent of that on Epic?

Epic likely make recommendations, but they’re not the deciding factor.
Pretty much the reason why games aren’t much cheaper than Steam (if at all), as Epic treats that as an optional developer feature.
Prices DO bug out, believe it or not. I remember I got an AAA game(don’t remember which one) for like 10 cents about 2? years ago because the currency conversion had gone haywire.

Well there’s your problem. Steam adjusts some prices automatically per region as per the on-store currency conversion, but it does blip out. No system is perfect, and it’s unlikely Epic are using the same systems.
I don’t remember properly, but I think it wasn’t Steam. iirc I got the game from Ubisoft.

Man, if they did it on purpose… absolutely disgusting. Gross. I don’t even know what word to use at this point, 5 bloody THOUSAND rupees? We’re so near to the end of this trilogy now, just 7 more days, and this is how you repay your fan base who stood with you for all these years?
I explained this situation to my mom and dad and they said they’d dish 5k for me taking into consideration that I’ve been waiting for this for months and how much hitman means to me, but Holy hell am I not disappointed, especially along with stuff like epic exclusivity, not showing any gameplay for months, tons of ‘reviewers’ getting early copies and them spoiling the game at every possible way, what can I even say at this point. Man I’m so tired

Agreed, 5000 INR for a video game is damn absurd, considering within a year, you’ll get discounts, sales and other stuff. Hitman 2016 is literally free now.
I get the Deluxe vs standard edition difference, but the prices should be adjusted properly.
P.s. Deluxe edition is painfully simple, just reskinned absolution suits, 3 copies or the same gun, briefcase and other stuff.
