Enabling Remote Features in settings and then installing the Access Pass through PC worked for me! Thanks for the help.
@ioi_lukasz Any chance you guys could comment on this issue for xbox? That even Xbox One X is limited to 30fps and has no performance/quality options… No Quality mode or Unlocked mode on Xbox One X
