Remember you have to be logged in with your Xbox Account that owns HITMAN 1 Legacy Packs in HITMAN 2.

For me it still want 29,99€. Someone on Reddit posted https://www.reddit.com/r/HiTMAN/comments/l1obqz/comment/gk63zyo that he had must purchase Hitman GOTY Legacy Pack Upgrade for 9,99€ (he owned Hitman GOTY Legacy already) https://www.microsoft.com/de-at/p/hitman-goty-legacy-pack-upgrade/c52v1wbzjr3r
and after that Hitman 3 Access Pass: Hitman 1 GOTY Edition was free for him.
I own Hitman Legacy Pack and Hitman GOTY Legacy Pack but not Hitman GOTY Legacy Pack Upgrade. Maybe that’s the source for the problem what so many people have?

Thanks for the insight but that should not be the problem. You should be eligible for the GOTY Access Pack based on your ownership of Legacy or GOTY Legacy Pack itself.
It’s still not working for me. Access pass still has a price, even though I own both the Legacy Pack and the GOTY Legacy Pack.
On a separate note; are you guys aware of the framerate unlock option being unavailable on Xbox One X while it is available on the PS4? Is this intended or a mistake? The game really doesn’t run smooth on my One X and I would really like to unlock the framerate.

So it’s the same problem for me. I own the HITMAN GOTY Legacy Pack but the HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 1 GOTY Edition is still at $29.99.
I was able to get the Access Pass for HITMAN 2 (Standard + Expansion) but I have tried everything for HITMAN 1 but it’s still doesn’t work.
Same here. Own every bit of Hitman content ever released on Xbox, but Hitman 1 content did not transfer and is listed at $29.99. I even reinstalled all the content from Hitman 1 to see if that made a difference and… nope. AND Hitman 1 is listed as registered content on my IOI account. So it’s definitely bugged. Pretty frustrating that IOI is merely stating this “should not be a problem” rather than recognizing and addressing it as a serious, widespread issue.

I’m not sure if you’re aware, but most of us seem to be able to manually find and obtain HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Gold for no charge in the Microsoft store; it can’t be found in the game, you need to explicitly search for it in the MS store. In the description it clearly states that it grants access to HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 locations. When you “Get it for free” it downloads two separate packs: HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Standard and HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion. That pack would have cost a whopping £79.99 by itself.
@Euler13 that is unreal. I do notice that the bundle contents make no reference for the H1 access pass files, not sure if this is related to the H1 not being accessible in H3.

The HITMAN 2 Gold Access Pass should be available for free if you own HITMAN 2 Gold, or HITMAN 2 Standard + Expansion Pass. That is fine. You should also automatically get HITMAN 2 Standard AC + HITMAN 2 Expansion Pass AC when owning this content in HITMAN 2.
Ok. I’m checking my Gold Pass and once again, no Legacy maps from H1. Shall I uninstall the Gold Pass and try installing it again?

Hey, ownership of H2 Access Passes should not prevent from obtaining H1 Access Passes, those are 2 different store items.
H2 Gold Pass does not give you access to H1 content btw.
Oki doki. Thanks for clarifying. One more thing I wanna note: I own H1 and upgraded it with the GOTY expansions but never bought the GOTY version itself. From what I have seem, even like this I should have access to the maps since some people own H1 like I do and had no problems with the redeeming.
That is correct, as long as you have the HITMAN Legacy or HITMAN GOTY Legacy pack unlocked in HITMAN 2 (or bought), you should have access to it in HITMAN 3 (automatically or by redeeming the offer on the store for free). We are working to fix that

I realise that, I’m pointing it out because if someone doesn’t own the previous versions and decided to buy that because, according to the listing, it grants access to all the locations in HITMAN 1 and HITMAN 2 and paid £79.99 for it, they would be very, very disappointed/annoyed. I don’t know how much control you have over the MS store descriptions, but if you do it might be worth getting someone to review it and modify it.
