Ever since the ICA dissolved they went into the PC graphic design business

Also would explain the ICA wallpapers in Romania

It’s a small detail but if IO is reading this, I feel the new wetsuit wasn’t thematically the best fit for the level. Everyone at the slapping contests is just wearing t-shirts and tank tops, meanwhile 47 sticks out like a sore thumb lol.

Also through the windows of the hut above the bar near slapping contest.

You can keep going to the right if you jump between more ledges, allowing you to get up without being seen as long as you avoid the patrolling guard.

Hehe, beat me to it

There is one NPC in one of the village huts - he is so sleepy - coins, distractions does not wake him up - except the alarm. Once he wakes up, he runs to his girlfriend waiting at the piers. Probably the lazy Romeo forgot the date and thanks to 47 for retaining their relationship
If you kill/pacify his girlfriend and wake him up - he goes and waits for his lover - poor guy :sob:

I may as well list all of the ways in I can think of:

  • Up the stairs to the left of where Farah stands, turn around and vault the balcony to land on the tin roof. Run along it to climb up and bypass the guards that deny you access.
  • At the eastern gate with two guards, run to the left side of it, climb up and drop down on the other side.
  • Run under the bridge that give the hippie access, head to the right and climb up the pillars. Once you reach the highest ledge, go to the right as much as possible and climb up when the two guards are next to each other.
  • Go under the same bridge, but run along the beach to the right instead.
  • From the stilt village, head to the back of the pirate camp and climb over the fence. Either run up the slope to the left or use the shortcut (shortcut is better for stealth, you can easily get to the radio tower SO).

I’m sure there are a few more, but those should cover all bases and allow you to infiltrate different parts of the camp easily.

You can also jump the wall from the southern beach or continue along the waterline to the shortcut ladder (providing you“ve unlocked it).

I dont think ive worn that wetsuit once lol. Ive only ever used the buccaneer and the tropical suit which actually both fit better on ambrose to me than on the map they came from

My favorite is the Colorado suit. Normally I never use it due to the hat, but on this map and this map only it fits in so well! He doesnt stick out and he’s still tacticaly dressed for the occasion.

Kinda wish we had more outfits with leather jackets.

ICA dissolved months after this one.

I know it’s probably just IOI being being either cheap or cheeky, but seriously folks, I’m really wondering: why is ICA’s insignia on Ether’s equipment? Were they trying to buy Ether out? Did they sell the uplink tech to Ether? Do we find out ICA was actually a subsidy of Providence all along, so far removed that neither organization realized it? I genuinely want to know what the hell.

I’m going signature suit (I know that doesn’t fit either, but it’s still always timeless), Colombia Outfit and Dartmoor Outfit.

Probably the same reason stuff from Himmapan Hotel and GAMA Facility keeps turning up wherever 47 goes.

I too have jokingly considered this idea, as on the train in Carpathian mountains Providence operatives use the ā€œICAā€ firearms. As if a covert organisation such as ICA would need some specifically designed signature weapons

This. I mean the other day I found Himmapan stuff in CarlisleĀ“s room, and I really doubt thereĀ“s anything more to it than IO being ā€œcost-effectiveā€ (ehm, lazy). IĀ“m not gonna make assumptions about The Class being victims of HushĀ“s experiments just because the Block is full of boxes with their logo (though it is annoying and really shouldnĀ“t be there - just like the Himmapan Everywhere feature).

The ICA stuff on the train could at least be explained within this point in the story as Providence trying to salvage and absorb whatever was left of their assets and equipment (at least that“s my own personal justification for it). After all, Edwards never throws away anything useful (and while the ICA logo on all the computers is probably just a re-use of assets as well, it could also signify Providence trying to dig through whatever data was left from ICA servers).

Also in Dubai

Lol, Al-Ghazali spent so much money on building the Sceptre that he has to rely on accessories from other resorts in the Indian Ocean region :joy:

It did annoy me to see that as well, but ok, let me help out a lazy (in this case, at least) environment artist .

One theme in Hitman 3 is that ICA are just not as neutral or good as 47 and Diana have been believing. It’s something they might have been somewhat willfully blind to. When we get into the facility in Chongqing, we see the deeply immoral practices of ICA, experimenting on homeless people etc. They are ā€˜practical people’ who care about the bottom line.

So, presumably, when they got on board with 47 and Diana in helping out Providence in taking out Grey, they also started making deals with Providence for cutting edge tech-equipment on the side, being the ā€˜practical people’ they are. We’ve seen how ICA is clearly on the very forefront in this area, so it makes sense in that way. They don’t mind getting involved with Providence, because they really aren’t too concerned about ethics.

Just call me up next time you need a good excuse IO, it’s alright!

Finally accomplished it last night, the real deal:

Silent Assassin, Suit Only, no knockouts, no security disabled, no shots fired, completed slap fight, Farrah, and chemistry student side quests, overloaded the control unit, let Akka kill Crest and then blow herself up, and even explored the last area of the map. Unlocked a lot of stuff. Almost got spotted a few times, crested some question marks over some heads and had some folks get close to investigate, but aside from that, for a first time at such an attempt in a map that’s still mostly unfamiliar, I otherwise adhered to the HPP exactly. Now to unlock the rest of the challenges.

I think this is more a case of ICA changing with the times, as described in Hush’s profile. Prior to Travis’s shenanigans, they truly seemed a neutral force. Still, good possible explanation.
