Theres also the aspect of the Constant saying “I have everyone’s number” is a line explaining the text Lucas got. It was him tricking Lucas

If anything New York and Haven were on a smaller budget because the second game wasnt an immediate hit like the third was

Nice username btw, but i dont think they cut entire missions from games all that often

Theres an idea someone floated around that Grey shouldve been brainwashed or recloned or something and the final fight before killing Edwards shouldve been going against this “Bad Grey”

Personally I wouldn’t have gone down the brainwashing route, but I certainly would have preferred an uncharacteristically hard to kill target to top the trilogy off.

That line seemed to be more metaphorical than literal. The fact that that everybody gets caught up with each other in Dubai, assuming they hadn’t already and weren’t just rehashing as exposition for the sake of the playing audience, indicates that they already knew what had happened and it wasn’t a big deal, in Grey’s mind, that the Constant escaped.

I think it’s more likely that Olivia just texted him that they had the info on the Partners and didn’t give further details at the moment, since she didn’t know what Diana had just ran out of the room for, and so said nothing about Edwards being gone. The way Grey is shown onscreen is meant to seem kinda mysterious or even sinister, to imply that he’s keeping something from 47, but I think that was probably done before they’d moved on to working on H3 and maybe weren’t entirely sure what Grey’s fate was gonna be, whether he’d turn out to be a secret villain or stay a hero.

Edwards telling Diana he had everyone’s number is, I think, just metaphorical for him controlling everyone’s fate, since he’d sicced Cicada on 47 and Grey, knowing they’d be going to England after Carlisle, and having tattled on 47 with ICA and putting a hit on him and Olivia. Unless Ambrose does turn out to take place after Haven and shows 47 and Grey finding out where the Partners were in Dubai through some other means, I don’t think it was him who sent that text to Grey.

Highly unlikely that they gave a bigger budget to something they’re giving away for free than something they were selling (and with Silver/Gold editions of H2 being prepaid access to the content, they would’ve been able to use those preorder numbers to come up with a decent budget that kept it profitable). It just doesn’t make good business sense regardless of how well H3 has sold. They’re not going to to just eat into the profits to gain favour with the fans of the game.

You never know. Maybe they didn’t intend to make it free at first, maybe that was supposed to be Freelancer, but decided to swap them since they had to swap their releases. IOI does things that don’t always make sense, so it could be.

I believe there is a non-0% chance that Ambrose Island is free just to limit purchase confusion even further.

Expecially if it is a location that gets used in Freelancer.

I dunno about purchase confusion, but I’ve got reader’s confusion about what you’re saying there.

Keeping the reply to “What DLC do I need to get all the maps?” a few sentences shorter.

Yes, nobody knows about the sentinel people, there are theories they are the only last tribe which is cut off from the world and might have migrated there during stone age before farming was discovered as they only hunt and gather food and friuts. Theories says that they are not immune to diseases like us and a simple common cold can kill them.

Only interesting proven fact is one Indian merchant ship drifted and wrecked on the north western corner of the island in 1867. And then after few years they attacked the outsiders with arrows with iron point collected from that ship. Before that, their arrows were all wood, they are learning and evolving like how we did a long time ago.
You could still see that ship in google earth (image below). Best to leave them alone.

a footage of the tribe

You could see their weapons has the iron from the ship

That sounds like the most fan-fic idea i’ve ever heard.

In the words of Norrington at the beginning of the first Pirates movie: “consider them marked.”

Has anyone played Mumbai or Isle of Sgail to see if there’s any hints to our targets’ names?

I suggest Mumbai because it sounds like the narrator for Ambrose Island (who is presumably a target) sounds like she is from Mumbai. And Sgail because maybe…that’s where it takes place chronologically I’m guessing

The targets names have been leaked, but I know better than to state them in here :stuck_out_tongue:

Do we know that it’s tied to the WOA story? Or is the old friend just Smith and this happens before H3 as in like Smith gets in trouble with a non providence group snd 47 has to take a week away from the main goal of the constant and the partners to go save his buddy?
