That seemed to be the recent basis of that thread anyway. But it was informative as a reference to voice actors, discussion purposes, etc. Guess it was so racist it couldn’t be on the forum any longer than to continue the discussion. 
It got moved into a hidden forum since on review there was also most salvageable conversation and the thread was just being a magnet for people trying to prove themselves as Internet Tough Guys - so basically the exact kind of thread I don’t want around when we get a flood of newbies around and trying to get a feel for the culture of the forum.

What is the exact requirement to gain Member or Regular trust level, apart from getting granted by the moderators?

Assuming they haven’t been modified, these are the requirements for Member status:
- Visiting at least 15 days, not sequentially
- Casting at least 1 like
- Receiving at least 1 like
- Replying to at least 3 different topics
- Entering at least 20 topics
- Reading at least 100 posts
- Spend a total of 60 minutes reading posts
And Regular status:
To get to trust level 3, in the last 100 days…
- Must have visited at least 50% of days
- Must have replied to at least 10 different non-PM topics
- Of topics created in the last 100 days, must have viewed 25% (capped at 500)
- Of posts created in the last 100 days, must have read 25% (capped at 20k)
- Must have received 20 likes, and given 30 likes.*
- Must not have received more than 5 spam or offensive flags (with unique posts and unique users for each, confirmed by a moderator)
- Must not have been suspended or silenced in the last 6 months

Let’s say on HMF 100 topics get created in 100 days, you must have viewed 25 of them. Same logic with postings.
However if HMF manages to have so many of them that 25% of the threads is more than 500, the cap ensures you only have to view 500 of them. Same logic with postings.

I always do, and reading them again after posting to correct some typos or ambiguities as much as possible. That’s some kind of my own rule
